They were refereed by one of my vendor who provides services to me.

The projects has been developed from scratch and they developed in time line. We have also given to support the system.

Solution launched in timelines with proper requirements met. This projects delivers productivity of employees as out industry is labor intensive . Team are well capable to handle business team with proper training and deliver tasks on time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Management was excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We have direct access to the entire team, even the management team, which we appreciate. Teams support any times requirements there.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, they may be some area which could be developed better. Document management is the area where teams need some more focus.
