Syndicate assigned us their assistant named Jason. He was a highly skilled and well-trained assistant. He helped us achieve our first 2K followers on Instagram within a period of 3 months. The knowledge and strategies he brought to our team were excellent. He also took care of our customer support service and served as the front face of the company. 

Overall, our experience was very good. Our project was a year-long, and Jason added significant value to our team. I look forward to working with Syndicate again for our future projects.

Jason boosted our social media presence and improved the company's image across all social media platforms. He helped us decrease our response time from 24 hours to 1 minute, which resulted in an increase in sales and service

They provide you dedicated assistant on your selected time frame. So during that time or shift , your assistant will be available for you and answer within minute. Jason was available for us 4hours a day Monday to Friday.

The assistants were well-trained. You only had to provide learning material, and that was it. Jason was very keen to learn new things. He had a deep knowledge of AI tools. One point worth noting is that their assistants were certified and they signed a Non-Disclosure or Privacy Contract to secure your data. And the main thing, their pricing was significantly affordable

Are there any areas for improvement or something Syndicate Virtual Services could have done differently?

I personally did not find any area where I thought they could improve their service. Jason was perfect for us. He was skilled, completed all the tasks on time, answered instantly, had reasonable pricing, and delivered impressive quality of work. What else did we need?"
