I worked directly with the developer on a daily basis through Skype messaging, which ensured clear communication and immediate feedback. The legacy programming of the site had been highly customized to meet our specific business needs, so having this direct access to the developer resulted in a highly efficient workflow. The project manager and CMO did interject as well to provide creative solutions.
