We needed to improve our beauty center’s online presence and create professional content that reflects our brand.

Dot Media has handled the full content production and digital marketing scope for our beauty center. Their work includes professional photography and video production, creating reels and social media content, editing photos and videos, developing content ideas, writing captions, and preparing posts for our social media platforms. They also support us with marketing strategy and promotional campaigns to increase our visibility, engagement, and customer bookings. The main deliverables are high-quality photos, promotional videos, reels, social media posts, and digital marketing campaigns. Dot Media also manages our social media accounts.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dot Media’s work has resulted in a noticeable improvement in our social media presence and overall brand image. We’ve seen stronger engagement on our content, increased reach, more inquiries from potential clients, and greater awareness of our beauty center and services. The professional photos and videos have also helped us present our work more consistently and attract more interest and bookings through social media. Since working with Dot Media, our social media reach has increased by approximately 200%, engagement has grown by around 150%, and new client inquiries have increased by nearly 70%. We’ve also seen a clear improvement in bookings generated through social media and significantly stronger brand awareness.

The content that has contributed most to the improvements is short-form video, especially reels showcasing our services, treatment results, behind-the-scenes footage, and before-and-after transformations. Professionally photographed content and targeted promotional campaigns have also performed very well. Based on our social media insights, these formats have generated the highest reach, engagement, client inquiries, and bookings.

Dot Media’s project management is organized, professional, and reliable. They communicate clearly throughout the project, provide regular updates, and respond quickly to our questions and feedback. The team follows the agreed timeline, delivers the content on time, and handles revisions efficiently. Overall, the process is smooth and well-managed from planning through final delivery. We communicate in person, virtually, and via emails and messages.

What we’ve been most impressed with is Dot Media’s ability to understand our brand and turn our ideas into high-quality, engaging content. Their combination of creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail has made the process stand out. They don’t just create attractive photos and videos; they develop content that matches our identity, connects with our target audience, and supports real marketing results. Their responsiveness and genuine commitment to our success also make them feel like an extension of our own team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re very satisfied with Dot Media’s work, and there haven’t been any major issues during the project. If anything, providing more frequent performance reports and sharing the content calendar further in advance could make the process even more effective. However, the team is always responsive, flexible, and willing to make adjustments when needed.
