Zenkoders has delivered key features at each milestone. For example, the team has delivered a UX design that allows users to submit products to the website. We’ve measured the success of this feature through user testing, and the reviews have been good.

Zenkoders is behind schedule, but that is only because I don't know the exact idea of myself. We communicate through virtual meetings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The development team made significant progress in transforming Home Record Keeper (HRK) from a concept into a functional, market-ready platform. Key measurable outcomes include: *

1. Successful development and deployment of both iOS and Android applications, resulting in approval on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Creation of a scalable property management platform capable of organizing home systems, equipment records, manuals, maintenance history, and service documentation within a single ecosystem.
3.  Implementation of user account management, property creation, document storage, and multi-user access functionality to support homeowners, property managers, and service providers.
4. Development of structured system categories and item-level documentation workflows, allowing users to efficiently track and manage critical home assets.
5. Integration of image, document, and equipment data storage to improve accessibility of property records and reduce information loss.
6.  Establishment of subscription-based pricing tiers and administrative controls to support future customer acquisition and revenue generation.
7. Completion of core infrastructure required for commercial launch, including account management, data organization, mobile deployment, and platform scalability. These outcomes demonstrate substantial advancement toward the project's primary objective: creating a centralized digital record-keeping platform that simplifies property management, improves maintenance tracking, and enhances long-term homeownership documentation.

 The development team demonstrated strong project management throughout the project. Major milestones were delivered within agreed-upon timelines, including the successful completion and approval of both the iOS and Android applications. The team maintained consistent communication, provided regular progress updates, and effectively managed changing requirements as the platform evolved. They were highly responsive to feedback and business needs, quickly addressing issues, implementing requested changes, and offering practical solutions when challenges arose. As the project scope expanded, they remained flexible and collaborative, ensuring that priorities were addressed while keeping the overall project moving forward. Their willingness to adapt and respond to evolving requirements played a key role in bringing the platform to a successful launch-ready state.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There wasn't one single thing that stood about Zenkoders! The entire project from the start has been incredible. The communication, attention to detail and genuine care about our new business made my partner and I feel tremendously valued. There isn't an amount of money that can buy trust, and I trust Zenkoders completely with our project!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zenkoders could have done differently?

The improvement could come from my end. Having not been seriously involved with designing and developing SAAS my communication lacked at times, and I know that I was a difficult client at times as a result of that. They were patient, listened and took initiative when necessary without taking complete license over the project.

Scope of the work was to create a shopify e-commerce website from scratch. This included integrating an existing go-daddy domain name, adding products, creating a landing page, blog posts, app integration and UX/UI design compatable for webbrowser and mobile phone.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes was each stage of development of the website i.e linking the domain name, creating the menu/navigation bar and drop downs from these sections. Adding products to the website along with content and slider bars throughout the webpage. Finally, linking judge.me application and payments to the shopify store.

Project management was very good. Responsiveness was almost immediate and communication was very clear. Items were all delivered on time and any changes requested were dealt with promptly.

There is a designated project manager who manages the development team and communication with us (the client) which helps it run very smoothly. Zenkoders' coding is done to a very high standard with performance in mind.

These guys knew what they were doing. the code was modular and clean, and any bugs were immediately fixed within a very short timeframe.

the team would answer me very quickly and were extremely flexible as some things had to be changed or added half way though implementation. They always delivered quality work and on time.

Our proposed solution is an AI chatbot application that leverages the power of ChatGPT, a large language model (LLM), to offer personalized guidance and support to military members transitioning to civilian life. The scope of the work Zenkoders did was work with me (Founder) who drove the product vision, to help me design a UX and then build a functioning web application hosted in the cloud, using modern web development best practices.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zenkoders first worked with me to understand the full scope and complexity of the project. Then they build a comprehensive project proposal. They then built a design of the site using figma. After tweaking and making improvements to the design, they built the software for the web application and the appropriate APIs needed for the capabilities I was requesting.

Their project management was on point. They were transparent at every step of the way either on slack, or asking for a meeting at a time that worked for me. They have exceeded my expectations for how quickly they could build and deliver the site.

The most impressive part about this company is truly how great the people are. They are skilled tech workers who use the latest technologies and know how to implement them well. But why I love working with them is they are some of the kindest, most genuine people that I have worked with professionally. 

They have been consummate professionals at every step, and I look forward to chatting with them every time we meet. It shows they take pride in building lasting relationships with their customers and aren't in it just to make a profit. They love what they do and they have a great culture that seeps through in every meeting.

None that I can think of. I am likely more involved than most of their clients, trying to perfect every aspect of the application. And they have been understanding and patient at every step of the way.
