ZenAI built the core AI brain and backend infrastructure for our automotive dealership platform. Their team developed both inbound and outbound conversational AI voice agents. Furthermore, they integrated these agents deeply with our CRM and DMS systems to automate test drive scheduling, service appointments, and inventory management. They also delivered a secure, highly scalable infrastructure utilizing AWS Cognito for strict data isolation. They successfully delivered a complex, enterprise-grade AI product.

Successfully launched an AI voice platform with full CRM and DMS integration. Key indicators include seamless automated handling of inbound service/inventory calls, accurate test drive scheduling, and the efficient execution of automated outbound campaigns for sales lead capture.

Furthermore, their rigorous approach to data security—such as implementing independent AWS Cognito pools for strict data isolation—showed they truly understand enterprise-grade architecture.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ZenAI could have done differently?

We have absolutely no complaints regarding their delivery or technical capabilities. Looking back, the only thing we would have done differently on our end is bringing the ZenAI team on board much earlier in our product lifecycle. Their expertise would have saved us months of initial trial and error with dealership system integrations.

ZenAI handled the end-to-end development of the MVP for our AI interior design platform, Astage. Their team built the core AI engine that stages rooms while preserving physical geometry, integrated shoppable 3D furniture, and developed the full consumer web app (Next.js/Node.js) with a credit-based payment system. They successfully delivered the MVP, and we are currently continuing our partnership to build our official website.
