What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WPExperts delivered a fully working MVP platform. We built a live Kudos Cards system that enabled real users to register, subscribe, manage contacts, create events, and place card orders end-to-end.WPExperts successfully implemented core automation flows. Birthdays and custom events now automatically generate dispatch dates, reducing manual tracking and eliminating missed occasions.We achieved operational scalability. The system supports bulk contact imports, multi-recipient card ordering (up to 20 contacts per order), and batch exports — key requirements for scale.We enabled subscription monetization. Tiered subscription plans (free/pro/centre) were implemented with feature gating, discounts, and priority handling, allowing the business to move towards recurring revenue.We achieved end-to-end order lifecycle visibility. Users can track orders, and admins can manage order status, priority queues, and Royal Mail split orders, improving transparency and fulfillment control.We reduced manual admin effort. Calendar-driven workflows, automated dispatch logic, and exports materially reduced the need for manual reminders, spreadsheets, and ad hoc processes.We delivered production-ready backend tooling. Admin dashboards for contacts, events, orders, subscriptions, and support requests provided a usable operational foundation rather than a prototype-only build.We validated the proof of concept. The platform demonstrated that personalised, event-driven card sending can be automated reliably within WordPress/WooCommerce, supporting the commercial viability of Kudos Cards.

What stood out most about working with WPExperts was their clear communication and willingness to provide ongoing support beyond the initial delivery. Throughout the project, they were responsive, open to discussion, and willing to explain technical decisions in a way that made complex systems easier to understand.After delivery, their continued availability to troubleshoot issues, clarify behavior, and help resolve environment or plugin-related conflicts was particularly valuable. Rather than treating launch as a hard stop, they remained engaged and supportive as the platform moved into real-world use.Overall, the combination of approachable communication, practical problem-solving, and post-delivery support made the working relationship feel collaborative rather than transactional, which was especially important for a complex, evolving platform.

There were several challenges and limitations encountered, which are typical of a complex, first-of-its-kind MVP build:Importantly, there were no critical failures in the core architecture. The system functions as intended, and the challenges encountered were resolvable configuration, UX, or iteration issues rather than structural flaws.Overall, the project delivered a working, scalable MVP; the challenges encountered were largely expected for a complex, automation-heavy platform and informed a clear roadmap for subsequent improvement rather than undermining the core outcomes.

After the migration, our site speed improved significantly, as shown by results from PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix. We also received valuable recommendations for SEO improvements, and our website traffic increased.

The cred use at checkout was also customized to make more sense and have a cleaner look.

We collaborated with the MyCred team to develop a custom monetization logic for our collaborative platform.
The goal was to allow task and service authors to define pricing, expirations, and access parameters specific to each user (free or paid). MyCred was directly integrated into our BuddyBoss + BuddyBlog workflow, transforming each task or content into a paid digital product, fully integrated with our user roles and permissions system.

They also helped us manage automatic access logic, credit deductions, and integration with other modules (such as Better Messages for paid messaging). Customizations included dynamic shortcodes, MyCred hooks, and UI improvements to our front-end submission forms.
The result is a seamless and intuitive credit ecosystem that allows users to monetize and access services, tasks, or content, all within a flexible environment powered by BuddyBoss.

100% of “task” and “post” content types are now fully monetizable via MyCred, with access restrictions applied automatically based on the defined price.
Over 150 users have successfully used the credit system to access premium content.
Authors can define pricing, access duration, and free access (free pass) directly from the front-end submission form — no admin action required.
The system is fully integrated with BuddyBlog, Better Messages, and Elementor, delivering a seamless and modular user experience.
Payment-to-access latency is under 1 second after MyCred transaction confirmation.
Reduced plugin dependency (by 3+) thanks to native integration of core monetization features into MyCred logic.

I came to WPExperts with a broken website that was full of bugs, loading slowly, and generally in bad shape. Their team stepped in and completely transformed it. They cleaned up all the bugs, optimized the performance to make the site load quickly by lowering its weight, and made it fully responsive across all devices.

They corrected every error I was facing and delivered outstanding quality work—on time. Their responsiveness was impressive, and they were always available to answer questions or provide updates. Even though I have little technical knowledge, they took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the process with patience and professionalism.

The team was not only highly skilled but also incredibly easygoing and pleasant to work with. On top of all that, their pricing was very acceptable for the level of service and quality they delivered.

We added two of their plugins: Wholesale for WooCommerce and Sales Agent, and although those plugins were solid as they came, we needed some additional enhancements to Wholesale for WooCommerce. We specifically worked closely with the Sales Manager, Tariq, who spoke great English and guided us each step of the way on our project. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and we are forever grateful for the critical gap they were able to fill for us with both of their plugins, especially all of the customized solutions they provided for us on Wholesale for WooCommerce. We set out to develop from the ground up, a timeline based web app to organize and collect couples wedding information, music and day of details. utilizing Spotify API, and an inuitive user interface we brought the vision to life. Muhammad is incredibly responsive and thorough. He always got back to me in a timely manner. I know that I can be difficult to work with and rather demanding. I am very particular and relatively new to software development. He was very patient and accomodating. He communicated well and was always willing to help find a solution to a problem.
