Finally bought the $40 basic installation help, Muhammad Haseeb was super helpful and patient even though it was 1 am his time. Turns out my office365 email was cranky and uncooperative but Muhammad was able to set up a gmail email and it’s working fine. I should have saved myself the day and a half and called these guys to begin with! thanks Muhammad, much appreciated!

• Scoping/API Validation: As per discussion it was been identified that there are several aspects of the project that need to be documented. 
• Payout via PayPal: The rebates post types, and rebate amount information are already available, with this add-on we will work on the following: 
  • i - Create a configuration screen for admin to add Paypal Details (for the account that will send transfers). 
  • ii - When the status is set to a specific value we will capture the user's email from the predefined field, and the amount. Send these out to Paypal API for processing the transaction. 
• Add admin button to call PayPal transfer: Add a button so the admin can click it any time if the status is (Sent OR Incomplete) and based on the Paypal response the status will be updated. 
• Add admin button to the rebate applications to call PayPal transfer: Add a button to the rebate applications list so the admin can click it to fire the PayPal transfer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the conclusion of the project we had a fully functioning rebate system which has now been stress tested and is in use for a business, FlyerFunds by FrugalFlyer.ca. Since January we have driven over 1,000 rebate applications which make use of this system.

Their response time was excellent. There was a lot of back and forth as we had a very complex/unique request and project. I was very pleased with how things were handled, especially by Hammad, the project manager we worked with.

We needed to create an application that would interface with LearnDash to create a transcript for our college since the LearnDash transcript did not meet our needs. WPExperts did a phenomenal job of creating a transcript that looked similar to our previously used proprietary software, but it was designed for a college. We are thrilled with the end p of how it seamlessly interfaced with LearnDash and went beyond what we anticipated when we began the project.

• The outcomes were a major success, and we will certainly use them again! We highly recommend them. They do an excellent job of communicating and making sure the needs of the customer are met.

They hit all timelines on target. Even when we discovered a minor issue after the project was closed, they immediately responded and provided the fix. (The reason they found out after the fact was we had only just implemented this software, and we were slower in finding the issue. Still, they stood behind their work without question!)

We delivered the design mockups and scope documents. WPExperts suggested some great features that we also included in the scope. They made the site pixel perfect, exactly as the site mockups we delivered. The site was made with WordPress. Some tweaks had to be made to improve the site load speed, but WPExperts solved it quickly.

A project manager was our main point. We communicated via e-mail and Codeable.io.

Needed customization to enhance the end-users search capabilities of registered Beehighve members. Included in the project was the customization of default sorting of member profile cards and other options.

It’s my second time working with WPexperts. After my first experience, which was excellent, it only made sense to contract them again.

The goal was to enhance the search capabilities by end users of member profile cards. The search options required the filtration of profile cards based on the topic of interest being searched for and queried against the history of posts that registered members have been associated with.

In addition we also required an enhanced sorting mechanism based on option to query on points a user has accumulated.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The only measurable feedback I can provide is based on time delivery to completion. The team had a good initial assessment of the level of effort and time requirements to complete it. Ultimately there was no major obstacles that caused the project to be at risk of meeting my timeline.

Despite being on the other side of the world, once the project commenced, the team would work while I slept. At morning I would have status updates and or testing and validation ready for me to try.

Ultimately, the team was very responsive, provided comprehensive feedback, and were thorough in keeping up with my test scripts.

Their ability to deliver my vision, and how great they are at going behind the scenes of a web platform that’s new to them, and completely be able to overhaul it to meet my needs. That was impressive.

As a project manager myself, I would suggest to continue doing what you’re doing and continue recruiting great talent.

After for a long search not just in the US alone, we chose WP Experts based on their knowledge and previous projects.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our project goals. From there, the team delivered mockups and wireframes for our site. Start by describing the overall goal of the project and the key objectives that were set out at the beginning. Next, outline the specific steps that were taken to achieve goals, including any key milestones or deliverables that were produced along the way.

We discuss the technologies that were used to complete the project. Finally, the developer surpassed our expectations and broke through any limitations that were encountered. This could include achieving results that were better than expected, innovating new solutions to problems, or finding ways to complete the project more efficiently.

I think they were 4 of them.

The site just launched so it's hard to tell. Our SEO guys is still working on some links that causing error. But the developer is very cooperative to work with our SEO guy to solve the issues.

We had a meeting with Ahmed almost everyday to discuss the changes and updates. They are very accessible and easy to work with.

Most of our requests were made that we thought impossible. They broke lots of limitations and functionalities. We were so glad we found this developer after a long search.

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on some of the pages. But we made an arrangement that they will be on standby until midnight at their local time.

They came recommended by the plugin creators.

I gave a wireframe built with Miro and then gave a description over the phone about what I envisioned. It was made with PHP.

I am not sure there was always at least two people present at the meetings, one the developer I'm sure and the other the coordinator.

I got two plugins that are ready to be used and have been tested.

We used Zoom and later on Whatsapp. This proved very handy. We have also used support tickets. I had a very pleasant experience with this aspect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They do take the time to go over your wireframes and outlines and speak to you to be sure they get the brief properly and they deliver!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the materials they provide for people to use should have clearer explanations of their implementation and maintenance. They do not make clear how to implement some things in way that you as a non-technical owner can feel proprietary of. It is an unknown entity. Some better explanation of what you have received can give you an understanding of what you have spent your money on. But I understand this takes time and effort.

So it can be something they offer per email - if you need a support call as to how the thing works they have a specialist who can give details. But anyway, they do offer support and the implication of any price you get is that you are also paying for support, it's insurance. Overall I have been having a good experience, and I see no reason to change my providers.

We reached out to WPExperts to help identify the problem and find a solution. They offered to create a custom, personalised version of the plugin that would include the functionality we required.

First, we had a discovery call with the WPExperts team, myself, and our client. This meeting provided WPExperts with the scope of the project. Shortly after this we were provided with a proposal with pricing, and timeline for the completion of the project. We agreed to the proposal and work was completed within 3 weeks and the plugin files were handed over to my team for installation.

A project manager was our primary contact, who attended the zoom meeting. I also had email conversations with the developers directly.

Our client was on the verge of losing a key customer if this problem wasn't resolved in a timely manner. Since this problem has now been solved, the key customer is no longer threatening to leave.

WP Experts had deep experience in the specific tools that the business was using. their expertise made it an easy choice!

WP Experts were able to quickly set the business up using their plug-in, integrating with Square, Wordpress, AND WooCommerce. this is a fairly common stumbling block for small businesses, as the integration effort can be nontrivial.

It was no problem for WP Experts, as they are already well versed in the common pitfalls and gotchyas one encounters. things I had been struggling to find and diagnose were already on their radar, and they were able to customize their plug-in in less than a day to suit the specific nature of the business’ pre-existing irl process.

I only interacted with Tariq, however he was so unbelievably responsive as to boggle the mind. he was able to turn things around in a matter of hours, not days, and I would often speak to him at 2am, only to find the updated file waiting for me the next morning!

Tariq and WP Experts were absolutely perfect for our project! I can’t imagine anyone being able to deliver the results that he did so quickly. Wordpress can be a mess! beyond that, it wasn’t even too expensive.

In some sense, much of the value could be considered to have come from the plug-in, but on the other, we all know how much of a pain in the rear it is getting all this stuff talking to each-other, and little tiny things can cause hours of heartache. in that regard WP Experts are worth twice their weight in electrons! stop banging your head against things unrelated to your job, and get back to solving the real problems!

I mentioned this already, but yes, any way, any time you prefer to get the files, Tariq will make sure that it works for you!

working with a Wordpress plug-in developer just means that they have already been through all of the problems you are encountering, and had to find a way to fix it, and fix it well for their plug-in!
