Because Roam AI specializes in heavy backend architecture—specifically serverless AWS data lakes, industrial IoT, and agentic AI models—we engaged Wolfpack to build the complex visual layers that make these technologies usable for enterprise customers. 
Their scope involves architecting high-fidelity interfaces for data-heavy platforms. They handle full-cycle product design, from wireframing complex user flows to delivering production-ready frontend code that integrates with our API-driven backend. They work across our proprietary intellectual property as well as custom development for our Fortune 500 clients.

Key Deliverables

• No-Code Data Lake Orchestration: Designed and built the control plane for the Roam Data Platform. This interface abstracts the massive complexity of AWS governance and infrastructure into a simple metadata-driven UI, allowing enterprises to deploy secure, governed data lakes in minutes rather than months.

Second is their integrity and the quality of their project management. Their transparency regarding hours, billing, and project scope is something we are not accustomed to seeing elsewhere. We trust them explicitly because they have proven time and again that they prioritize the relationship and the quality of the work over squeezing out billable hours. Their project managers are top-notch; they deeply understand the development lifecycle and act as true force multipliers on every project.

We understand that finishing the work of others (under time pressure) is probably the worst scenario for developers. But the Wolfs have done very well. We feared that any new developer would take advantage of our dire situation. But far from it, Wolfpack supported us in a great way. They took control of the situation immediately, gave us several options how to handle the status quo and guided us to the best solution for us. What started as a rescue mission develops into a long term partnership. We continue to work with Digital Wolfpack and have never been let down once.

Wolfpack were brought on board as our development partner in early 2024. The initial scope of the job was to develop a new website with complimentary mobile applications to replace the current outdated platforms. We required improved functionality following UX principles.

The task was much larger than your standard build as we use three different third-party platforms to manage the various aspects of our business. Each of these platforms contained huge customer databases that would all need to be merged as well as synching the various logins.

Wolfpack made this process seamless hitting every deadline along away as well as keeping us within budget despite a long list of blockers due to third party providers.

Once we went live with our new platforms Wolfpack were there to support us and keep everything moving forward. Then we moved our focus to the next phase of our scoped project, gift cards.

This was also a difficult undertaking, we needed to merge with an epos system and a fulfilment partner as well as create a customer dashboard for our sites that did not have a compatible epos system. Again, all delivered on time and on budget.

Outcomes were difficult to define due to the absence of a fixed project timeline. However, success was measured by maintaining consistent platform uptime, ensuring a positive user and client experience, promptly addressing security issues, sustaining a reliable CI/CD pipeline, and preserving adequate test coverage levels.

After a candidate agrees to share their info, the data is displayed on the recruiter dashboard, and the candidate automatically gets paid from a secured Fireblocks wallet infrastructure. Wolfpack also made admin dashboards for us to manage the platform, add users, and change global variables.

Consistent updates on the progress of the app and the eventual release of the products to the market. The ability for everything to work, 'real time' is also a key part of our success.

• As a user, I’ve purchased the press on nail, a physical product SKU that can be scanned and routed to my platform Profile page URL. This is my first time interacting with our platform, so when I scan the physical product’s NFC chip, i’m taken to a Profile onboarding flow in my mobile browser. I set up my profile, including my username, which then is recorded in the platform’s database and as a URL parameter.
• Sync my physical product’s NFC chip to my profile page, so anyone can easily scan the chip, and bring up my profile on their mobile device, make it easy to share information about myself. In my Profile, I can see the physical products that I’ve paired to my account, and I select the physical product I want to redirect to my profile URL upon subsequent scans (anyone can scan to bring up the profile URL on their device), and click ‘Pair’. 
• The NFC chip is reprogrammed to route to my profile page URL.
