Wolfpack Digital serves as our strategic frontend engineering partner. Because Roam AI specializes in heavy backend architecture—specifically serverless AWS data lakes, industrial IoT, and agentic AI models—we engaged Wolfpack to build the complex visual layers that make these technologies usable for enterprise customers. 
Their scope involves architecting high-fidelity interfaces for data-heavy platforms. They handle full-cycle product design, from wireframing complex user flows to delivering production-ready frontend code that integrates with our API-driven backend. They work across our proprietary intellectual property as well as custom development for our Fortune 500 clients.

Key Deliverables

• No-Code Data Lake Orchestration: Designed and built the control plane for the Roam Data Platform. This interface abstracts the massive complexity of AWS governance and infrastructure into a simple metadata-driven UI, allowing enterprises to deploy secure, governed data lakes in minutes rather than months.
• Autonomous Industrial IoT Interface: End-to-end frontend architecture for our ESP Optimization Platform. • Drilling Engineering & Operations Suite: Development of a bespoke operational tool for a Fortune 500 energy client. Unlike standard reporting tools, this application allows drilling engineers to construct their own analysis environments by combining live rig telemetry, geospatial maps, and financial data into shareable, highly-customizable visualization workspaces. 
• Advanced Sports Analytics Platform: Implemented the UI for a high-fidelity baseball analytics platform. The application includes highly-customizable canvases, interactive 3D visualizations, and an AI-powered "virtual coach" to help teams derive actionable insights from complex performance data.

First is their design talent, which is the best we have seen anywhere. They have a unique ability to take dense, complex industrial data and translate it into intuitive, consumer-grade interfaces that look incredible.

Second is their integrity and the quality of their project management. Their transparency regarding hours, billing, and project scope is something we are not accustomed to seeing elsewhere. We trust them explicitly because they have proven time and again that they prioritize the relationship and the quality of the work over squeezing out billable hours. Their project managers are top-notch; they deeply understand the development lifecycle and act as true force multipliers on every project.

Third is the quality of the technical frontend work. Their teams integrate seamlessly with us as an external backend partner, easily adapting to the frequent changes inherent in startup-led products while consistently maintaining quality and schedule.

Digital Wolfpack helped us in a situation, where previous developers have let us down by not properly ending the work they have started. We understand that finishing the work of others (under time pressure) is probably the worst scenario for developers. But the Wolfs have done very well. We feared that any new developer would take advantage of our dire situation. But far from it, Wolfpack supported us in a great way. They took control of the situation immediately, gave us several options how to handle the status quo and guided us to the best solution for us. What started as a rescue mission develops into a long term partnership. We continue to work with Digital Wolfpack and have never been let down once.

Key deliverables were continued monthly support to tackle the backlog of small improvements and bug fixes while helping support and analyze potential larger maintenance steps such as core system upgrades to support the sunset timeline.

Outcomes were difficult to define due to the absence of a fixed project timeline. However, success was measured by maintaining consistent platform uptime, ensuring a positive user and client experience, promptly addressing security issues, sustaining a reliable CI/CD pipeline, and preserving adequate test coverage levels.

Projects were handled promptly and delivered on time, requiring minimal input from our side. Timelines consistently aligned with initial estimates. The only limitation stemmed from the contract, which allowed jobs initiated at the end of a month’s allocation to roll into the following month.

Wolfpack developed on existing UI/UX designs but improved and iterated them. They successfully connected candidate databases to our recruiters' needs and allowed candidates to accept data requests in real time on the app. 
After a candidate agrees to share their info, the data is displayed on the recruiter dashboard, and the candidate automatically gets paid from a secured Fireblocks wallet infrastructure. Wolfpack also made admin dashboards for us to manage the platform, add users, and change global variables.

Consistent updates on the progress of the app and the eventual release of the products to the market. The ability for everything to work, 'real time' is also a key part of our success.

This is my first time interacting with our platform, so when I scan the physical product’s NFC chip, i’m taken to a Profile onboarding flow in my mobile browser. I set up my profile, including my username, which then is recorded in the platform’s database and as a URL parameter.
• Sync my physical product’s NFC chip to my profile page, so anyone can easily scan the chip, and bring up my profile on their mobile device, make it easy to share information about myself. In my Profile, I can see the physical products that I’ve paired to my account, and I select the physical product I want to redirect to my profile URL upon subsequent scans (anyone can scan to bring up the profile URL on their device), and click ‘Pair’.

Partnering on a project from start to finish, Wolf Pack Digital was engaged from the start by supporting the pitching process. They supported the pitching of certain gamification elements to the end client, by providing research on AR/VR, gamification tactics, estimating, timeline planning, etc. Wolf Pack Digital's attention to detail during the development phase and their project/relationship management are stellar. 

They delivered a mobile app, on time and budget, for IOS and android. It was developed to spec against our design and they supported the onsite activation. We are already working on another App for a different brand that utilizes social gamification tactics to drive content engagement. Points systems, rewards, community newsfeeds, leaderboards are among some of the tactics used to drive content engagement and knowledge retention. 

I have plans to bring them in on a few other projects as well. I believe the key to great work and innovation is building partnerships. That is why we call Wolf Pack Digital our partner, and not a vendor.
