During the runtime of the ads, she provided us with reports and implemented improvements to increase the efficiency of the ads.

We had a lot of website positioning suggestions. Before working with Widoczni, we used the services of another company. Initial audit and we agreed with the proposals to improve visibility, but we knew that we should wait at least 6 months for the effect. We trusted.

We focused on generally improving the functionality of the store, adding content and making the most of the Shoper platform. We agreed on small, gradual but decisive steps. The effects of joint activities in the first year can be a training example for store positioning.

As we mentioned earlier, the effects of joint activities in the first year can be an example of training in store positioning. When we started our cooperation, we considered the methods of positioning, effects and financial benefits. We decided on those that will bring a financial effect and will pay off.

I had no problems contacting Widoczni — they were always available and met the agreed deadlines. I know the monthly reports on the positioning results. From time to time, we establish a strategy for the upcoming period. We also hold meetings from time to time.

We have several audits of our store. Most of them expected quick results in a short time. Before, we used similar services from another company. The key conversation was the discussion of form and methods. We agreed that it is not the time to use paid Google campaigns, but to complete basic data in the store, complete the configuration and complete the content, because our platform has started from scratch.

We also agreed that we should take small steps forward and we should wait at least 6 months for the effects. It also happened. We are currently looking for more solutions.

We are successively considering extending the cooperation in order to increase the effects, but it must be associated with financial benefits resulting from this investment.

The price of services was adjusted to our possibilities which was a great advantage.

Widoczni are handling the SEO for our three online stores. The basis for starting the work was their optimization of our webshops. They determined in detail what aspects need improvement in our prestashops and they helped to implement them.

Next they started working in the web - competitive analysis, keyword selection, descriptions for categories. They added a blog to our website and regularly write nice articles for it.

Widoczni takes an active part in migrating one of our shop to another CMS software. This requires a coordinated effort with an outside service provider and transferring SEO knowledge to them. They have also encouraged us to run PPC campaign which translates very quickly into conversion increase.

I work with four people from Widoczni Agency on a daily basis. There are two specialists for SEO and store optimization. One specialist for Google ADS. I also cooperate with a specialist responsible for content marketing. In addition, I met several times with the managing director of Widoczni to discuss important activities.

The result of working with Widoczni is the positioning of many of our stores products on the first page of google. Over time, thanks to the increase in the number of customers finding our sites, our turnover continues to grow.

In addition, by the optimization of our websites, they work stably and have an appropriate UX. Customers appreciate this while shopping.

We usually communicate by email. The exchange of messages goes smoothly and everything is clear. Twice a quarter we meet personaly at our company headquarters to discuss results and upcoming major projects. The meetings are casual in a relaxed atmosphere. At the same time they are always professional. Presentations to discuss the results are prepared in detail and clearly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Widoczni was extremely knowledgeable about internet marketing. They know very well how to specify campaigns to hit the target. They progressively increase our statistics and traffic in our webshops.

However, I must emphasize - that the highest praise deserves the quality of content that they prepare as descriptions of categories. We have very complicated devices in our offer and the Widoczni are able to describe them in detail perfectly! Thanks to this, even engineers can find our products and read interesting articles about them.

Over time, the cooperating with Widoczni has worked very well. I do not see any lack in the competence of the agency. But in general, the flow of information about the client between the departments in Widoczni deserves a little improvement. There have been situations when we have been invited to cooperate by other employees of the Widoczni. Absolutely of course it is not a big problem ;)
