BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Advestor Premium House is a real estate agency that helps their clients with finding and buying the best properties, as well as with selling them.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Widoczni, and what were your goals?

We work on a local market and we focus on customers from Poznan and nearby towns. With widoczni we decided that our goal is to rank in top 10 Google on keywords describing our services like selling houses, apartments, land and other properties, but in a context of our local market. From a business point of view our goal is to become a leader in the real estate industry in Poznań. SEO is our way to do that.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have chosen widoczni because my colleagues recommended them. However I was familiar with the brand and I knew they had a lot of positive recommendations on Google. The decisive factor was our meeting and talk about what the company may achieve for my business, how long I would wait for the results and which service type would be the most efficient. They were simply professional that is why I was determined to work with them as with the most reliable business partner.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

Widoczni started our SEO campaigns from working on the content on our website. Right before that, there was a whole preparation process - briefing, getting to know our business, choosing the most profitable keywords. Because we want to target local customers we need more content with keywords describing nearby towns.

At the same time experts from widoczni work on technical SEO and off-site optimisation. This is a complex campaign and because a few experts are involved, they can do more in less time and many processes may be done in the same period of time.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My website is in the hands of a team of experts. This is new to me, because most companies don’t work like that. Usually there is one person that takes care of every aspect of SEO. With widoczni this is different. First of all I am in touch with one person that knows my business and my campaigns - Kamila. She is the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We can see the first effects of SEO, even though we have been working together only a few months so far. The SEO service is professional and I would definitely recommend it to any other company.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Very professional customer service. They are in constant touch with me. Even if you have no idea about SEO, they have this skill to explain it to everyone using easy language. As a result you are actually aware of every stage of their work and understand it. A huge plus are SEO reports. I receive them regularly and can always analyze what has been done and what results we have.

When something is more advanced, I just ask my project manager at widoczni and they are happy to explain it to me with details. They are a team that has a positive attitude towards customers. Even on the phone I can tell they smile at me :) This all makes SEO much more understandable and interesting to me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part of our cooperation is how they contact me and how reliable they are. I feel like they really take care of my business and that we are on the same team. It is hard to find a company that deliver services of such a high quality and I would say this is unusual trait of widoczni comparing to other companies. they do everything on time, help me with promoting my business, support me and first of all they are effective in SEO.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a marketing specialist for a leading Polish translation services provider, specializing in technical translations for large projects. Our main clients are large international companies.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Widoczni, and what were your goals?

We were not happy with the previous company providing SEO services and we were looking for someone better. We wanted to attract more clients through organic search and improve our visibility in Google.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've observed the CEO of Widoczni on LinkedIn and that's how I knew the company. I selected them as one of three vendors. We chose Widoczni because they seemed honest, open, and trustworthy. Their offer was reasonable and their sales representative seemed really listened, understood our needs and adapted the offer to our needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

The keyword research was done at the stage of preparing the offer, so Widoczni started work from website analysis and optimization, improving page speed and writing more relevant content.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Widoczni assigned a project manager, as well as a SEO specialist which are our main points of contact. We also work with their copywriter.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're ranking higher on all keywords important to us, for most of them, we're on the first page. Our website traffic is also slowly improving and we're currently working on CTR.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication is the thing I appreciate the most with Widoczni. Our Project Manager is great, always listens to what we say and is really easy to work with. Each month we receive a report on progress, which includes information about all the things they've done and the effects. Once every three months they set up a meeting, during which we summarize the work and discuss our plans and goals for the next quarter. Everything they do is always on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I've mentioned before, I greatly appreciate the communication style of Widoczni. They are always open to discussion and always listen to us to understand what we need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm fully happy with the service, but if I had to choose one thing that might use some improvement it's the copywriting. It's already good (way better than what the previous company offered), but if they made it a bit more natural, it would take it to another level.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the digital marketing coordinator for DHL Poland. We provide international courier services, and I’m responsible for our communications.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Widoczni?

We needed to acquire more traffic for the microsite we had created. We were looking for a partner to improve our Google search rankings.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Widoczni audited our microsite, including its content and keywords, and they tested for technical issues. From there, they recommended SEO enhancements that our team implemented. They conducted keyword research and suggested the keywords we should target. Additionally, they launched a link-building campaign. They also created articles and content for our pages.

What is the team composition?

Artur (CEO) is my main point of contact. I also interact with Agata (Google Ads Manager), a teammate for administration and billing concerns, and at least three people on the content team.

How did you come to work with Widoczni?

When we were looking for providers, we liked the speed and quality of Widoczni’s communication, as well as the tools they use.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent around €20,000 (approximately $25,000).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in February 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Widoczni has met all our KPIs, including visibility in Google search, website traffic, and conversion rate. They have been flexible to all the changes that were required throughout our SEO campaigns. It’s a pleasure working with Widoczni; I’m extremely satisfied with our partnership.

How did Widoczni perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver what we ask on time, and they are available, responsive, and transparent with their communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Widoczni’s specialists are very knowledgeable. They provide good strategies and make valuable recommendations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be more active in implementing revisions. During our meetings, I point out things I’d like to change, but I have to repeat them a few times before they are corrected.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I strongly recommend working with Widoczni. You should keep a good documentation of their tasks.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of sales at Protan Elmark, a manufacturer and assembler of tent halls. We’re a subsidiary of Protan AS, a Norwegian company, and our offices are located in Poland. Our company employs 180 people. Apart from selling on the Polish market, we’re also responsible for exporting tent halls to many countries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Widoczni?

Widoczni is responsible for our whole digital marketing effort, including our website content, posts on different channels, and everything else connected to e-marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Widoczni works on everything related to our online marketing campaigns. They create content for our website to help us achieve a strong position on Google as well as in other search channels. Our goal is to get as many inquiries as possible. The website has been created by another provider, but Widoczni has updated it at the beginning of our engagement.

The Widoczni team also works on our social media accounts, like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Every once in a while, we send them content materials, such as photos, recommendations, and anything else that will be helpful for them to create posts. They come up with their own ideas based on their knowledge about our company and products while maintaining our brand voice throughout the posts. On top of that, they work on our SEO efforts and cooperate with our expert manager in that area.

What is the team composition?

I cooperate with 6–7 people from Widoczni on different channels and groups. One of them is responsible for creating posts on our social media channels, and another is responsible for creating campaigns. Then, a different person creates content like blogs and texts on the website. Another team member is responsible for the website itself.

How did you come to work with Widoczni?

I wasn’t responsible for hiring them, but when we met Widoczni’s owner, we knew that they were the right people to talk to for this engagement. Their owner had a lot of knowledge and knew how to deal with this project. Based on that, we decided to try them.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent around zł600,000–zł800,000 PLN (approximately $159,000–$212,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around January 2010, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Widoczni supplies 90% of our hit rate. It’s a very high rate, and we’re very happy with it. We receive inquiries from clients who are really interested in buying halls. Previously, we've received inquiries from clients who weren’t truly interested in buying.

Our website also scores highly on the market. After Widoczni's changes to it, our competitors have created similar websites, which means we’re the leader in this field. Moreover, we can see that Widoczni’s services work incredibly well because of the statistics they provide.

How did Widoczni perform from a project management standpoint?

When it comes to deadlines, everything is done on time. There aren't too many delays. For communication, we usually talk to Widoczni via email. We also talk over the phone every once in a while. Sometimes, we meet with them, and we also use video conferencing tools such as Teams or Zoom.

On top of that, they spend two days a week focusing entirely on our company and the work they do for us, and that’s understandable because we’re not the only company they cooperate with. Every week, they have brainstorming meetings about different action points that might help develop our brand. This helps us because they have new ideas all the time.

The Widoczni team is very well-organized. They have their own project management tool called CRM 7, where we send tasks. There, we can label the tasks’ status as urgent or not. Based on that, they move forward with the job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of their work, engagement, and professionalism is impressive. They’re truly aware of what they’re doing, and they’re still educating themselves. Widoczni works on many levels just to improve and develop their skills. They even arrange training for students and other organizations. Overall, they’re very much involved with the idea of sharing the concept of e-marketing and everything that’s connected to it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They can discuss our ideas and assess their pros and cons every time we try to find a solution, so I can’t find anything they can improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Your decision to work with Widoczni will be totally positive. They’re a company that treats you very seriously, and they don’t focus only on getting the contract while forgetting about the client.  They keep a high level of collaboration with their client all the time.

As a result, you won’t feel that they don’t care about you — they care about you all the time. For example, at the end of every month, I can expect reports from them on the inquiries we’ve had and our social media performance. I don’t have to remind them about that; they remember.
