Alyna and her team supported the development and design of new pages of my webiste helping make them clearer and more user friendly. They also supported the content coming in from content creators, edited and refiled. They fixed any bugs and problems that the previous developers had left. We started some work on SEO imporvment with uploading of Blogs. They supported with setting up zaps and connection to klaviyo.

All deleverables were achieved. The work was always done one time and if there was a delay this was communcated clearly with a reason and a plan. They are supportive and thorough with their work. Always contact able.

The WeUno team were contracted with developing our client portal from the ground up - a completely new offering that we're giving to our clients in order to facilitiate the work that we do. This client portal is a space where clients can set up projects and use our scouting platform (third party integration) on a credit basis. Our main deliverables are: 

• Design and development of client portal (including integration with third party solution, setup of user email service to support the app, admin user, development and integration of API).
• QA/Beta testing and support until release.
• Deployment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although still in QA and beta phase as we onboard an initial test client, the portal has been developed to a high standard with a great design and all functions currently tested and working - from the portal itself to the emcompassing functions such as automated user emailing. WeUno have been incredibly responsive with fixing any issues that have arisen on the way.

The WeUno team delivered the work to the time schedule agreed on and responded to any needs very quickly. We are entirely satisfied with the project management.

I was impressed with the team’s responsiveness. Throughout the design phase, the team were quick to develop their plan and design with a reponsive feedback loop, giving great recommendations on proper backend to use and other points of digital infrastucture within the project. When any issues arised, the team were also very quick to give support and help fix them.

A few app-specific experiences were developed such as survey push notifications and a mobile app-specific onboarding/sign up flow. The app leverages Branded's mobile app API for backend services managing user accounts and data.

We engaged with WEUNO on the following: 

1. We required a uniquely designed e-commerce site which allowed users to customize their watches, including dial color, strap, and watch cover; 
2. The business also required an experienced social media management company to help launch its site along with appropriate content on social media; and 
3. On-going social media management, review of customer behavior in first few months of launch, and re-designing of any experience which proved to be a hindrance for the users based on data patterns. 

WeUNO has largely carried this accomplished the above objectives are a major partner in the day to day management of the business from a social media and website standpoint.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Websites ease of use: Customers have mentioned the intuitiveness of the site and the ease of being able to customize their watch as one of the key drivers of purchasing.
2. Social media video/reel content created by WEUNO has received amazing response on social media from a number of viewers and actions taken standpoint. One of their curated reels has been played over 700k times on our page.

Response to needs and queries is almost immediate and helpful. Project management is also quite good in the sense that timelines are communicated, reviewed, and re-set with clear reasons if needed. Most deliverables however have been completed on time including, web creation/updates, social media content creation, and management.

Lack of bureaucratic hierarchy - everyone from the analyst to owner level are involved in every aspect of the project. There are no restrictions from the company on who I can call and when. As well as cost - the service level and quality of work is unparalleled in terms of value for money.

Not specifically - I think you can never have enough project management meetings at times but the ease of multi-channel communication provides a very agile environment to work with them in.

WeUno was tasked with creating a minimum viable product, prototyping, developing and launching both our E-Magazine for Food as well as our cross-platform Food Discovery App. They also provided QA testing, go-to-market strategies and consultancy for backend maintenance. We are also in a service level agreement with WeUno for the full management of both platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They operated using an agile workflow, with different sprints having assigned tasks. The tasks were monitored using ProofHub with milestones at the end of each sprint. tUX Completion, UI Completion, Prototype Creation, Alpha Rev 1 Launch, and Beta Launch were all in-line according to the given timeline.

All deliverables were met on time. Their team was fantastic at maintaining communication with us. The assigned project manager went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and satisfied. The team also assisted us in tasks that were not even mentioned in their contract and seemed to genuinely care about the project as if it were there own. 

Even though we had countless UI revisions and many changes to the original MVP, the WeUno team was supportive in making the changes. I can highly recommend their services as they provide stellar support to their clients.

Their dedication to creating a truly brilliant product. Their team would always provide their own advise on the direction of the project and gave us some incredible ideas to enhance our app and website. They would usually create not one but multiple variations of an idea, just to give us some additional options in case we wanted to use them.

I would also like to say that their high management has been extremely hands-on with the project and our team has been in constant communication with them, which we highly appreciate.

I really do not have any areas for improvement for WeUno as we are more than satisfied with their services and will be continuing to work with them for the foreseeable future.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I ran the core operations for an entertainment zone at the 2021-2022 Riyadh Season Festivals. This is a yearly endeavor put out by the Saudi Government under the General Entertainment Authority which hosted roughly 11 zones throughout the capital city of Riyadh. The zone that was assigned to our company was in the Diplomatic Quarters and was a mix of entertainment and a fine dining.

We wanted to create a unique experience for our guests and have them use our own mobile app as appose to the Riyadh Season app which was limited in features and functionality. By reaching out to WeUno, we were able to attain our objectives with an extremely high success rate and at the same time created a different identity for our zone which made us stand out from all the others.

After looking at their portfolio and the good work they had done, we made the decision to move forward with them.

We started the project by briefing Weuno with our vision, sharing our pallet guidelines and desired functionality we needed for the app. In turn we were given a questionnaire by weuno which would help them build their timeline and development flow. They submitted to us a mockup design which immediately was approved and represented the exact design we were looking for.

We were supported by around 10 members of their team from the CEO, Senior developers to technical support crew. The team worked with us around the clock and when we had any changes needed, they even entertained calls from us at 3:00 am in the morning.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw an unexpected number of sales (in the Millions) at the end of our season due to the flawless operation of the app and dashboard they have equipped us with. The General Entertainment Authority has already pre-approved for the Groves to be a part of the Riyadh Season 2022-2023 and we will continue to use Weuno as our tech partner.

Their flexibility to our demands. We are a zone in the entertainment field that will wake up to many different changes in the program and WeUno was very accommodating and understanding to our sometimes difficult requests. I dont think other tech companies would have been able to keep up with our demands.

I'm the Chief Digital Strategist and Editor of Dawn.com, the online portal for Pakistan's largest and oldest English-Language daily newspaper.

We hired WeUno to help develop a website to commemorate and recognise Pakistani journalists who have lost their lives in the line of duty.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had already worked with WeUno on other successful projects and felt comfortable hiring them again. The company's work ethic and quality are standout.

The project kicked off with several meetings and exchange of documents and data that would drive the website. WeUno then took a phased approach in delivering design elements/branding that were finalised and used to develop the the site. They delivered the complete site design as well as developed the front and backend for us, in both English and Urdu languages, effectively creating two sites.

We communicated with a couple of senior team members/team leads who were dedicated to our project in design and dev capacities.

We were extremely happy with the final site, both for its excellent, modern design as well as its efficient and simple-to-use backend. The data visualizations were far better than we had initially envisioned.

I’m the head exterminator of a pest control company. We provide extermination services throughout southern Ontario and Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with WeUno?

We were trying to get our website and social media marketing more professionally streamlined.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At first, WeUno asked us to give them some descriptions about who we are, our company mission, and the services we provide. They developed a website template based on that, and we worked with them to perfect it. We had the content mapped out, and they did the design, including images and layout. 
 
We also provided them access to our social media, which they took over. They used Facebook Ads and implemented SEO. Right now, they work with us to market different promotions and services, and they currently manage and update our social media.
 
What is the team composition?

I’ve spoken to about four people in total. I work directly with Faizan (Chief Strategy Officer) and Alyna (CEO & Founder), who is working on the website.
 
How did you come to work with WeUno?

We had contact with a company that had worked with WeUno. I really liked what they were doing with their website and social media. They referred me to WeUno, and after sitting down with them and looking at their website portfolio, we decided to go with them.
 
How much have you invested with them?

In about a year, we have spent about $8,000–$10,000. 
 
What is the status of this engagement?

We began talking in January 2020. We weren’t able to start right away due to personal problems, but once those cleared up, we started working with them in March 2020. Our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There was definitely an increase of traffic to our website and responses on our social media. We also get many calls from people saying they were referred to us by our website or Facebook page.
 
Every few weeks or every month, whenever we need it, my main point of contact runs me through updated stats on our website. That’s how we track everything.
 
How did WeUno perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through emails, phone calls, Zoom video calls, and WhatsApp.
 
What did you find most impressive about them?

I really enjoy how responsive they are. WeUno is quick to act on any issues or queries that we have. They’re very helpful — they’re willing to mold their ways to suit us rather than us suiting themselves. Being tradesmen, we’re not educated on building and working websites; WeUno drives us along and teaches us everything. Overall, they are very flexible when they’re working with us.
 
Are there any areas they could improve?

Somebody with a better understanding of technology might have complaints, but from what we’ve seen with WeUno, we don’t have any. 
 
Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you follow up with them, so you know what’s going up with your website. In any project, follow-ups are major tasks that need to be done.
