We worked with 3 different people at different stages of the project. We were assigned a designer who did the wireframes and layouts, then a developer who understood our needs and coded everything for us and did the testing and a project manager who made sure everything happened smoothly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We went live in 3 weeks and then we kept on building backend systems.

They are very methodological, they created a clear scope of work, gave us clear timelines and were always open for our suggestions. They were very active, were able to visualize everything and explain us everything from time to time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were quick and delivered in less than half of the time proposed to us by other agencies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we should have involved a marketing person while doing the changes, or if they could have suggested that while we were making the changes.

We have tried freelancers and one agency before and had a very bitter experience, a friend recommended them to me and i told them the issues that i have faced before, they assured me that they will deliver and take care of the issues we faced with others.

Scope was to do Keyword research and give us an estimate of how big is online market for our top 5 pharma products, second phase was plan a go to market plan and third phase was to start submitting our listing and get them approved , 4th phase was to get our listings optimized.

1. The research was good, they predicted how much traffic and probable sales we can achieve, what can be the roadblocks and what should be the plan of action.
2. They were able to get our listings approved
3. They optimized the listings and now sales have started to flow.

Workflow was very effective , they shared with us in initial call, what all they needed from us, and then they gave us regular updates and then presented us all their findings and helped us with further planning

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They took the pain to listen to us and also they patiently went through all the previous email threads of the previous freelancer so that they could save my time. This was really impressive. They really tried to make it easy for me.

We are still working with them on new things, so far it has been really good.

We've made the transition successfully, and are getting the kind of experience we desired. Now we are engaging with them again to enhance our platform further.

They are very flexible, use agile methodology, Developers were always available and then we used to have weekly meetings. We used Slack, Jira and for somethings , we used Trello for our tasks.

They communicate really well and think of the business. They've suggested features based on what our competitors are doing, which make complete sense for us to implement.

There is not much for me to add, I think they should keep doing what they are, and stay as agile as they are right now.

We just launched our site and sales have started to come in, we are really happy.

They are really flexible, right from direct phone calls to slack,G-meet,Zoom. They are available everywhere. Also they use project management tools as well. We were comfortable with Trello so they used trello with us but I think internally they are using Asana and Jira as well.

Their approach to the requirements I had. They understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered it on time.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

Our engagement began with an status-quo analysis. They analyzed my webpage for flaws and highlighted which areas need improvement. Then we started working on the different angles of improvement and on a weekly basis they shared update reports which showed how my keywords ranked and how the situation improved.

We were targeting page 1 on google for certain keywords and which target was reached for most keywords within 2 months.

since implementing the SEO traffic increased 5-fold and we are ranking 1 on several keywords. Furthermore we have succesfully increased our reach and therefore increase our sales. We are happy with the performance and the updates were helping to understand the moving parts.

My project manager was very experienced. From the beginning, they guide me through the process and manage my expectations of what is realistic. The timeline is accurate. Communication was smooth.

We had an initial discovery call to identify the project’s goals and what we wanted to accomplish. Once they had an understanding of what we wanted to do, we were comfortable moving forward with them. They even provided information about our competitors and came back with an initial keyword list, which we filtered down through.

We use them for all our web dev tasks and to keep our website functioning correctly on a monthly basis. We'll shortly be working with them on some larger design amendments.

We've had an excellent time working with Rahul and his team at Webspero. They have an excellent eye for detail and design- are super responsive and get our tasks done within a good timeframe. Quick to fix any issues that arise

Responding to deadlines for day-to-day tasks- more communication regarding delivery dates for tasks set would be great. But overall- excellent service and we'll continue to work with them for all our future web projects.
