On-page optimisations such as enhancements of meta tags, titles, headings, image improvements, better and more linked contents etc. Off-page optimisations include content posting, link building, data submission to other sites, domain trust score building and other relevant things.

We mainly interact with Gursharan and a couple of developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started this project a month or so ago only and till now they are working on the on-page optimisations of the the website and a few off-page activities. Seems it would take little more time to see the traffic improvements due to this SEO project.

WebSpero share the activities and its plan and they are proactive in sharing the status report at end of month.

They are proactive in sharing the status and are executing the project activities as per plan. Their content team also looks knowledgable and are able to write decent content for financial domain.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Seems everything is going as per plan right now but would be able to say more after a month or so time once we analyse the traffic improvements after this project.

Since we started working with WebSpero, we’ve been tracking the KPIs we’re targeting, and we’ve seen positive numbers so far. WebSpero’s content writers are very hardworking, and they’re always developing creative blog articles.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

WebSpero is very responsive, quick, and handy, which makes them feel like a remote team member. They’ve integrated very well into our communication channels, so whenever we message them, they’re always available and respond within 15 minutes.

We usually have fortnightly meetings with them to review their written work before they publish it or get their input on keywords. Additionally, they provide us with fortnightly reports, which we review and request changes if needed. We use RingCentral for our collaboration.

WebSpero’s work and experience in the industry are impressive. Overall, we have a good working relationship.

WebSpero has nothing to improve in the way they work. Of course, the outcomes of the project can always be improved, but we’re working together to improve those results; it’s an ongoing process.

WebSpero Solutions is doing a great job; thanks to them, our Google rankings have improved. Our launch product has gone from an indiscernible page number on Google results to the 70th page. Another product’s keyword has moved from another indiscernible page number to the 55th page. Meanwhile, our main brand name has gone from the fifth page to the first page of Google search results. Moreover, WebSpero Solutions has achieved these results in only a month.

They meet deadlines and stay within the budget. When we first met with the founder, he reassured me that they valued communication, which I took with a grain of salt due to my prior experience. However, WebSpero Solutions proved me wrong very quickly; within the first couple of weeks, they were in constant communication about the status of my website and improvements. 

Now, they keep me updated through biweekly reports. If there’s anything I’m not satisfied with, they’re quick to address the issue. Additionally, they’re always available and accessible, which is one of the biggest advantages of working with them. We communicate via email, text messages, and, occasionally, phone calls.

When we started working with them, we worked with a single clinic. We now have another clinic. We’re expanding ourselves because we’re getting a good response.

In general, everything has been great. We didn’t have a good presence online when we started, but now we’re ranking in the top positions for the local map and Google searches for many keywords. In fact, we’re in the top three for many queries. We’re targeting 40–50 keywords, and 30–35 of them are in the top five positions. Currently, we’re targeting the new location to generate more organic traffic.

They meet deadlines and stay on budget. We have regular conversations, and they provide reports. Moreover, they’re very honest — they’re upfront if something will take longer.
