Through referral from my husbands consultancy. Were able to assist with a smaller client and walk me through along the way. We do not have sophisticated processes, so Webspero were supportive and flexible in providing help along the way.

First, I had to answer a series of questions that allowed Webspero to know our business needs and KPI's. Then we had to formulate adverts that would appear on google and then off we went.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Webspero were adaptable and constantly updated their backend to achieve the end result. Reports were weekly and easily understood.

Very effective. They assisted where possible to direct our team to enable them to get access and were patient in regards to all of our security processes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The instant response rate and how they change campaigns when there are no physical results are outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps giving more insight in the reports given. For someone who isn't as well versed with google analytics, it would be great to get the 'so what' factor from them.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebSpero Solutions?

We needed someone to help us with SEO optimization. Our previous SEO presence was pretty strong, but a few algorithms changed as time went on, and we found out that we were losing our position in the rankings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebSpero mainly focuses on selling through the website, and optimizing it for SEO and link-building purposes. They also write articles and do guest postings on behalf of our website. In addition, they make suggestions and optimize the content that’s already on the website.

I just deal with one person, but I think he has a team that he works with.

I found them through Upwork and I liked their reviews, and how soft they were in their response. After a couple of months of working with WebSpero, I was impressed with what I saw in the turnaround in my organic search results.

So far, we’ve invested somewhere between $12,000–$15,000 AUD (approximately $9,300–$11,600 USD).

Our partnership started in May 2019, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The partnership has definitely been positive. My organic Google ranking for many of the keywords we implemented has increased significantly — I believe I’m in the top 3–5 for 10 organic keyword search results in several countries, since my courses are offered worldwide. Apart from that, my visibility score has gone up significantly, and it’s often at 100%.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t really have any project deadlines or anything like that, but the communication has been amazing. I communicate with my main point of contact via email, and his response time is phenomenal. He always gets back to me and goes above and beyond everything I ask. 

My business is online and I often encounter issues that I can’t work out myself. What I’ll do is just send them a quick email, and he and his team will sort it out for me right away — even though it’s outside of the scope of what they were hired for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their area of strength is definitely in communication and results. I previously worked with another SEO agency for six months prior to working with WebSpero, and they just didn’t get the results that I wanted. Within two months of working with WebSpero, I had already achieved the results that I wanted and I've seen a massive turnaround.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When I first attempted to have them do content creation, I found that their level of English proficiency wasn’t up to par with that of a native English speaker. There were a few minor grammatical errors and things that a native English-speaking person wouldn’t have made.

However, it’s very minor, and I didn’t hire them to write content, I hired them to improve our SEO — and from that perspective, there’s nothing I can criticize them for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would absolutely recommend WebSpero without any hesitation. The pricing is fair for what they offer, and their service is fantastic.

Their main services are SEO, digital marketing, Google and Facebook ads, and website development. Additionally, they provide social media campaign management for Facebook and Instagram; they make sure that the money that’s being spent on those campaigns is managed properly for the best ROI.

Since we brought WebSpero on, we’ve been able to take on more clients, which has increased our sales.

They’re great at communicating; they respond quickly every time we need them. We mainly communicate through Skype; we text, call, and pass documents to each other through there.

Additionally, they’re proactive in giving feedback and bringing recommendations to us in order to improve the services we provide.

The quality of their work is phenomenal, and they’re reliable with every project — they deliver exactly what they say they’ll deliver, and we’ve been getting the expected results.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

WebSpero provided a 12-month plan, and they created quarterly targets. I know that app development keywords are very competitive, but surprisingly, they hit their goals. I also receive new leads because of our Google Ads campaign. I feel they have done an excellent job. 

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

WebSpero’s project management is outstanding. They log everything on Basecamp and I can see what they’re doing — we have full transparency. Since they’re a local agency, I have their contact number, and I can call them whenever I have an urgent concern. We communicate using phone calls, Whatsapp, and Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strategic planning, quarterly milestones, and periodic performance review set them apart. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some of their executives are not proficient in English, and they can improve on that. I can understand their problem because I face the same issue with my team. I have given them that feedback, and they’re working on it. Temporarily, their project manager checks all communication first before they send it on Basecamp.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their process is very clear — they’ll give you a six- or 12-month plan. At the start, they told me it would take 12 months before I rank high on Google because of my industry’s niche. Setting that milestone helped make them accountable.

We have effective communication to optimize the relationship. We do weekly calls where they update us on the progress of the project and what things are needed.

Their professionalism really stands out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The communication could be a little better and more action could be taken on the things we discuss. That’s more of a minor point –– as long as the results are there, we don’t really care. There are also some projects that have remained inactive for a while. It would be nice to see those projects go active.

My advice is to be proactive and ask questions to ensure the weekly calls are happening. They initially suggested a weekly update but I pushed for a call and I highly recommend it. Maintain a very strong line of communication.

I can reach out to them 24 hours a day and they’ll be available. They get us great results which is why we continue to use their services. They’re a very dynamic team and they offer an array of services. I don’t think I’ll use another agency. They’re very upfront and told me how long it would take to see results.

From start to finish, every deadline has been met. We used Skype and email for communication and we also get a weekly report with all the analytics.

I worked with Gursharan of the Webspero Solution previously for the website audit project and I really liked his work. I decided to choose this company again for this project.

Webspero's SEO contributions to our Insurance Brokerage have been phenomenal. Their weekly work has spanned anywhere from linkbuilding & guest-posting, to website optimisation/technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Google Posting, competitor analysis and ANY type of website issue I may encounter on a weekly basis. I could have a question, an error, an idea - whatever it may be, I could throw it over to the awesome team at Webspero and they would either resolve the issue for me or help me implement the change I needed :) They're a really good all-round team to have by side and will go above and beyond for you!

After almost a year of working together, I can report improvements across the board for our KPI's on both of our websites. All our target keyword rankings have gone up since we started working together, many of which are in the top 1-7 range, traffic has improved, site issues have been resolved, site speed is faster, our Domain authority score has almost doubled. They have really done an extraordinary job overall :) I have also just hired Webspero Solutions to help me with my own business and clients, and look forward to the progress we can make together as a team.

Awesome! We use Trello for our workflow and if there is anything we can't communicate on the boards, a quick Skype call will have us flowing like a dream team again in no time,

Communication and commitment to satisfaction. Unlike so many other SEO service providers, Webspero really cares and they care about producing results that are going to make you happy. We're not sure of the team makeup. We're aware of at least 2 on the team. One was our main contact and another was available when our main contact was unavailable.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some of our clients traffic has grown significantly. Right now, we have clients that have started with little to no traffic that we've been able to grow into the few hundreds.

However, we've struggled with taking clients with pre-existing high traffic and taking it even higher. Right now, we're trying a few different strategies to change that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Although they are overseas, they have been very communicative with our team and are available during most of our normal business hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have an excellent ability to listen to direction coming from outside their organization. Most companies in their field follow their own plan of execution and do not follow directives that come from outside their company. WebSpero however have been able to follow our directions clearly.

Develop different strategies to help better grow traffic even further and to customize a plan according to the industry rather than having a universal plan for every client.
