We delegate work to WebSpero whenever we have a client overflow and we don’t have enough in-house staff to handle it — they play a subcontractor role in our company servicing our customers. Their main services are SEO, digital marketing, Google and Facebook ads, and website development. Additionally, they provide social media campaign management for Facebook and Instagram; they make sure that the money that’s being spent on those campaigns is managed properly for the best ROI.

Since we brought WebSpero on, we’ve been able to take on more clients, which has increased our sales.

They’re great at communicating; they respond quickly every time we need them. We mainly communicate through Skype; we text, call, and pass documents to each other through there.

Additionally, they’re proactive in giving feedback and bringing recommendations to us in order to improve the services we provide.

The quality of their work is phenomenal, and they’re reliable with every project — they deliver exactly what they say they’ll deliver, and we’ve been getting the expected results.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebSpero gives me advice on how we can increase organic traffic. To analyze our campaigns, they provide comparative and site data. In addition, they conduct keyword research to give us an idea of how much we have to spend to rank on Google. They also implement structural improvements to my site to improve its SEO performance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

WebSpero provided a 12-month plan, and they created quarterly targets. I know that app development keywords are very competitive, but surprisingly, they hit their goals. I also receive new leads because of our Google Ads campaign. I feel they have done an excellent job. 

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

WebSpero’s project management is outstanding. They log everything on Basecamp and I can see what they’re doing — we have full transparency. Since they’re a local agency, I have their contact number, and I can call them whenever I have an urgent concern. We communicate using phone calls, Whatsapp, and Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strategic planning, quarterly milestones, and periodic performance review set them apart. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some of their executives are not proficient in English, and they can improve on that. I can understand their problem because I face the same issue with my team. I have given them that feedback, and they’re working on it. Temporarily, their project manager checks all communication first before they send it on Basecamp.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their process is very clear — they’ll give you a six- or 12-month plan. At the start, they told me it would take 12 months before I rank high on Google because of my industry’s niche. Setting that milestone helped make them accountable.

They managed our PPC campaigns. We wanted to set a high ROAS (return on ad spend). For every dollar we were spending we wanted $2–$3 in the beginning before shifting to $4–$5.

We have effective communication to optimize the relationship. We do weekly calls where they update us on the progress of the project and what things are needed.

Their professionalism really stands out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The communication could be a little better and more action could be taken on the things we discuss. That’s more of a minor point –– as long as the results are there, we don’t really care. There are also some projects that have remained inactive for a while. It would be nice to see those projects go active.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be proactive and ask questions to ensure the weekly calls are happening. They initially suggested a weekly update but I pushed for a call and I highly recommend it. Maintain a very strong line of communication.

I can reach out to them 24 hours a day and they’ll be available. They get us great results which is why we continue to use their services. They’re a very dynamic team and they offer an array of services. I don’t think I’ll use another agency. They’re very upfront and told me how long it would take to see results.

From start to finish, every deadline has been met. We used Skype and email for communication and we also get a weekly report with all the analytics.

I worked with Gursharan of the Webspero Solution previously for the website audit project and I really liked his work. I decided to choose this company again for this project.

After the Audit and discovery of the flaws in the website, I was given a comprehensive list of features to be added such as the meta tags, descriptions, adding some more information and pages about the business.

I can see positive changed in the website. the Speed is substantially improved and it looks more professional and promising business now.

Webspero's SEO contributions to our Insurance Brokerage have been phenomenal. Their weekly work has spanned anywhere from linkbuilding & guest-posting, to website optimisation/technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Google Posting, competitor analysis and ANY type of website issue I may encounter on a weekly basis. I could have a question, an error, an idea - whatever it may be, I could throw it over to the awesome team at Webspero and they would either resolve the issue for me or help me implement the change I needed :) They're a really good all-round team to have by side and will go above and beyond for you!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After almost a year of working together, I can report improvements across the board for our KPI's on both of our websites. All our target keyword rankings have gone up since we started working together, many of which are in the top 1-7 range, traffic has improved, site issues have been resolved, site speed is faster, our Domain authority score has almost doubled. They have really done an extraordinary job overall :) I have also just hired Webspero Solutions to help me with my own business and clients, and look forward to the progress we can make together as a team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Awesome! We use Trello for our workflow and if there is anything we can't communicate on the boards, a quick Skype call will have us flowing like a dream team again in no time,

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication and commitment to satisfaction. Unlike so many other SEO service providers, Webspero really cares and they care about producing results that are going to make you happy. If something is wrong they'll go above and beyond to correct the mistake. They are just really wonderful to work with and beautiful people.

Occasionally an item on Trello may be overlooked or missed/some tasks can occasionally take longer than desired to be actioned but overall they are really an incredible team of people to work with and I'm grateful that these guys ares still an integral part of our marketing team and strategy to date.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some of our clients traffic has grown significantly. Right now, we have clients that have started with little to no traffic that we've been able to grow into the few hundreds.

However, we've struggled with taking clients with pre-existing high traffic and taking it even higher. Right now, we're trying a few different strategies to change that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Although they are overseas, they have been very communicative with our team and are available during most of our normal business hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have an excellent ability to listen to direction coming from outside their organization. Most companies in their field follow their own plan of execution and do not follow directives that come from outside their company. WebSpero however have been able to follow our directions clearly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Develop different strategies to help better grow traffic even further and to customize a plan according to the industry rather than having a universal plan for every client.

After choosing Webspero we then began the prcoess of a through audit and fixes of the on site work plus going through Analytics and Search Console. The work has then focussed on external backlinking but at the same time recommendations and tweaks to the site following Google guidelines and changes plus always being on hand for questions/keyword research and advice on new pages.

Various members of the Webspero team work on our site but our main contact is Gursharan who has been brilliant for us, always fast at reponding, chasing things up if they have been missed and always on hand for any help we need.

Although in terms of SEO time we haven't been working with Webspero for a huge amount of time, in the time we have the results across the site in terms of ranking and traffic plus usability and bounce rate of the site has been excellent and this continues to improve each month as more work is being carries out.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Gursharan who is our main contact/account manager is very good to work with. Very prompt at replies and advise, easy to get along with, always follows things up and if he can't answer straight away one of his team are always on hand to help. Weekly reports are always promptly on time and never missed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It is clearly a forward thinking fast growing company like our own who look to be leader in the SEO sector. As well as the work and results on our site, they clearly have a lot of other customers who have seen similar results.

Every week Webspero has a number of tasks that they do to enhance the website from guest posting, to fixing 404 pages, changing the content of certain pages on the website and generally optimizing the pages.

We always speak to Rajiv who is our project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been with them for 9 months and the biggest improvement has been in the backlinks and the referring domains. We have not seen a dramatic increase in traffic which is ideally what we were looking for.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication has been very good. They send me excellent reporting every week and are always happy to jump on a phone call to discuss further.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Definitely their communication. They are always quick to respond and have knowledgable answers.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Always. I would like to see them work more on the pages on my site that matter. Its not always about getting every page on the site optimized, but your top 20% of products.
