Their approach is practical, data-driven, and tailored to the hospitality market in Cork, which has made the improvements in visibility and guest inquiries very noticeable.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of AR Designs, an architecture studio that designs and documents residential and small commercial projects from concept to permit-ready plans tailored to each client’s site, budget, and lifestyle.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Webjuice to accomplish for your architecture studio?

We hired Webjuice to grow the volume and quality of leads coming from our Google Business Profile (GBP), specifically to increase “calls” and “request a quote” actions from people searching for architects in our service area. We also wanted to improve our local map-pack rankings for our core services and build a steady pipeline of qualified project inquiries, not just more website traffic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webjuice handles our local SEO and GBP growth end-to-end. Their main deliverables include:

• GBP optimization: updating categories/services, business description, service areas, attributes, and Q&A; improving photos and posting cadence.
• Keyword + competitor research: identifying the highest-intent local searches (e.g., residential architect, home renovation architect, planning permission support) and mapping them to GBP and site pages.
• Review strategy + system: building a simple review-request process and templates to increase both volume and quality of client reviews.
• Local content + landing pages: creating/optimizing service and location-focused pages to support map-pack rankings and conversions.
• On-page SEO + technical cleanup: metadata, internal linking, schema/local signals, speed, and basic technical fixes.
• Citation + NAP consistency: cleaning up and building key local listings to strengthen trust signals.
• Tracking + reporting: setting up call/lead tracking, GBP insights reporting, and monthly performance recommendations.

The focus is always on measurable lead actions from GBP — calls, direction requests, and quote inquiries.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Webjuice.

How did you come to work with Webjuice?

We found them through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in qualified leads coming directly from our GBP, especially phone calls and “request a quote” messages. We’ve also seen improved local rankings in the map results for our core “architect + location” and renovation/extension-related searches. Engagement on the listing has also grown, including higher profile views, website clicks, and direction requests.

At the same time, our review volume and quality have improved, with more detailed, service-specific reviews that strengthen trust and support visibility. Overall, we’ve experienced a steadier inbound pipeline with fewer slow weeks and more consistent inquiries tied to local search demand.

Over the first 90 days, calls from our GBP have increased by about 35%, “request a quote” messages have increased by roughly 25%, and website clicks from the listing are up around 30%. On the visibility side, we’ve gone from mostly outside the top 10 to consistently showing in the top 3–5 map results for several high-intent keywords. Direction requests have also increased by about 20%.

The increase in GBP visibility and inquiries has led to a steadier project pipeline, with fewer slow periods and more consistent weekly consultations. Because the leads are more qualified, our close rate has improved, and we’ve been able to book further in advance, which has translated into higher monthly revenue consistency and a clearer forecast for upcoming work.

How did Webjuice perform from a project management standpoint?

Webjuice’s project management is organized and easy to work with. They set clear priorities, share a simple timeline for the key tasks, and keep us updated with regular check-ins and reporting. Deliverables are consistently completed on time. When something depends on us (like access, approvals, or photos), they flag it early so nothing stalls.

We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most about Webjuice is how focused they are on outcomes, not vanity metrics. They understand that our GBP is our main lead source, so everything they do connects back to calls, quote requests, and booking consults.

They also communicate clearly, explain the “why” behind each change in plain language, and make the process feel structured without being heavy or complicated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience has been very positive. However, if I had to name improvements, I’d say we could have moved faster at the start by locking in a tighter onboarding checklist (access, photos, past project details, service areas) to reduce back-and-forth. I’d also appreciate a bit more upfront guidance on which before-and-after metrics to track from day one so we can compare results even more cleanly over time.

Evolve Strength Studio helps people in Dublin build real strength, resilience, and confidence through expert-led strength training in a supportive, no-ego environment.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Webjuice to accomplish for Evolve Strength Studio?

We hired Webjuice to increase high-quality local visibility in Dublin so people actively searching for strength training, personal training, and small-group coaching could find us. We also wanted to attract the right members, not just more traffic — people who value coaching, consistency, and long-term progress, rather than quick fixes or gimmicks. Lastly, we wanted to build a solid, future-proof online foundation — a website and content strategy that reflects who we are as a studio and keeps working for us month after month without constant ad spend.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webjuice handles the project end-to-end, combining strategy with hands-on execution. They began with a deep audit of our website, local visibility, and competitors in the Dublin fitness space. From there, they built a clear SEO roadmap tailored specifically to a strength studio rather than a generic gym. The scope of work includes a full SEO and website audit with prioritized fixes, local SEO optimization across our Google Business Profile and location pages, keyword and search-intent research focused on high-intent local searches, and on-page optimization of our core service pages. They also develop a content strategy designed to attract and educate the right members, supported by ongoing performance tracking and reporting delivered in clear, plain-English insights.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since starting with Webjuice, our organic website traffic from local Dublin searches has increased by around 65%, and our Google Business Profile now appears more frequently in map pack results for strength and personal training queries. We’re attracting more high-intent members who are committed to long-term training rather than one-off sessions. Key service pages have also seen significant ranking improvements, moving into the top three results for several targeted keywords.

Moreover, we’ve seen a 35% increase in new member inquiries compared to the same period last year, and about 20 new long-term members joined in the three months following the SEO optimizations. Our most popular service page, focused on small-group strength coaching, now generates over 50 qualified leads per month, up from around 30 before the project. These numbers show that the traffic and visibility improvements are translating directly into real, committed members for the studio.

Since implementing the strategies with Webjuice, our member retention rate has improved from roughly 68% to 82% over a six-month period.

Webjuice’s project management is highly organized and transparent. We communicate via virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

We’ve seen strong improvements in rankings for high-intent service keywords, along with increased visibility across Google Maps and local results. Organic traffic has become more relevant, and conversion rates have improved because users are landing on well-optimized service pages. Most importantly, SEO has become a consistent and predictable lead channel rather than an experiment or cost center.Within six months, qualified organic inquiries have increased by approximately 45%–55%, with local search becoming one of our top lead sources. Over 60% of our priority service keywords have moved onto page one, with several core terms reaching the top three positions. 6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Webjuice carried out a full digital growth project for our home renovation company in Cork, focused on increasing high-quality enquiries for extensions, renovations, and full-house refurbishments. The work covered strategy, website optimisation, local SEO, content creation, and ongoing performance tracking so that our online presence consistently brings in the right type of renovation projects rather than low-intent price shoppers.

First, they completed an in-depth discovery phase: competitor and keyword research for Cork and surrounding areas, a technical audit of our existing website, and an analysis of our current lead flow. From this, they created an SEO and content strategy aligned with our main services (home renovations, house extensions, attic conversions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and energy upgrades), with a clear plan to improve our rankings and conversions over the following months.

On the implementation side, Webjuice rebuilt key parts of our site architecture, created and optimised dedicated service pages for each renovation service, and improved on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, and local relevance for Cork). They also optimised and structured our Google Business Profile, worked on building local citations, and developed a review-generation process to increase both the volume and quality of our online reviews. Alongside this, they produced informative blog and guide content answering common renovation questions, designed to attract homeowners early in their decision-making process and guide them toward requesting a consultation.

Finally, they set up proper tracking and reporting so we can make decisions based on real data. This included Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, form and call tracking, and monthly performance reports detailing keyword movements, traffic, leads, and booked projects, along with recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Key deliverables included:

• Full SEO & digital strategy tailored to our Cork renovation market
• Technical audit and on-site SEO fixes for our existing website
• New and optimised service pages (renovations, extensions, conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, energy upgrades)
• Content plan and execution for blogs/guides targeting renovation-related searches in Cork
• Optimisation of our Google Business Profile and local SEO (citations, NAP consistency, category optimisation)
• Review-generation system and templates to encourage happy clients to leave Google reviews
• Lead tracking setup (forms, calls, goals) through Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Monthly performance reports with lead numbers, rankings, traffic, and clear next-step recommendations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Here’s what changed after working with Webjuice:

More of the right traffic: Organic traffic to our main service pages (renovations, extensions, attic conversions, kitchens, bathrooms) increased significantly, with a higher share coming from Cork-specific searches.

Improved keyword rankings: We moved from barely visible to consistently appearing on page one in Google for core phrases like “home renovation Cork”, “house extension Cork”, and several long-tail renovation queries.

Lead volume & quality up: Our monthly enquiries from the website and Google Business Profile increased, and a noticeably higher percentage of them were serious renovation and extension projects rather than small one-off jobs.

Higher conversion rate: The percentage of website visitors who submitted a quote request or booked a consultation increased after the on-site changes and clearer calls-to-action.
More calls from Google Maps: Calls and direction requests from our Google Business Profile rose as our visibility and reviews improved.

Better review profile: We increased both the number of Google reviews and our average rating, which further boosted trust and conversion.

Traceable ROI: With proper tracking in place, we can now attribute a clear portion of signed renovation contracts directly to organic search and local SEO, giving us confidence that the investment is paying off.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was very organised and transparent, which made it easy for us to stay in the loop without having to chase anything. They set clear priorities and timelines at the start, then worked in phases (audit → fixes → new pages → content → ongoing optimisation) and consistently delivered each milestone when they said they would.

Communication was excellent, we had regular check-ins, clear progress updates, and they were quick to adjust the plan when we had new services or offers to highlight. Any questions or requests we had were answered promptly, and they always explained things in plain language, with options and recommendations rather than just technical jargon.

What was your primary form of communication with Webjuice?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was how deeply they understood both our local market in Cork and the realities of running a trades business, they weren’t just talking theory, they were focused on the kind of leads that actually turn into profitable jobs. They took the time to learn how we quote, schedule, and manage projects, then built a strategy around that, so everything felt practical and tailored rather than generic. On top of that, their communication was refreshingly clear and honest, and they were genuinely invested in our results, not just ticking boxes on a report.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webjuice could have done differently?

None, and the reason I say that is because they did exactly what they said they would do, hit deadlines, communicated clearly, and the work translated into real enquiries and booked projects. Any time we had a question or a new idea, they were flexible and responsive, so we never felt let down or like something was missing from the service.

Above all, their focus on long-term results instead of quick fixes made them stand out as a company genuinely invested in our success. They delivered real results, communicated clearly, and proved themselves as a trusted partner for growing business in Dublin.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webjuice could have done differently?

While we were very happy with the results, one area for improvement could be providing even more in-depth competitor analysis at the start of the project to help us better understand where we stood in the market. Additionally, a bit more visual reporting showing progress through graphs or charts would have made it easier to track results at a glance.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Webjuice will help our dental clinic get more patients by improving how we show up online. They will make sure our website and Google Business Profile are fully optimized so that when people search for a dentist, they find us easily. This includes creating service and location pages, keeping our contact details consistent everywhere, and posting regular updates with offers, tips, and photos. They will also encourage more patient reviews to build trust.

To attract more visitors, Webjuice will write a few blog posts each month that answer common dental questions and guide people toward booking an appointment. They will also improve our website’s speed, mobile friendliness, and overall user experience, while tracking calls and appointment requests so we can clearly see results.

In addition, Webjuice will build our online reputation by adding our clinic to trusted directories and getting backlinks from health and community sites. If needed, they can also run Google Ads for treatments like whitening, implants, or Invisalign, making sure the ads bring in a good return. Each month, we’ll get a clear report showing how many people are finding us, visiting our site, and booking appointments.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Webjuice, our clinic has seen steady improvements across several key areas. Our website is showing up more often in local search results, which has brought in more new patient inquiries each month. The number of reviews on our Google Business Profile has grown consistently, boosting both visibility and trust. Website traffic has increased, and we’ve noticed more calls and appointment bookings coming directly through our site. In addition, the regular blog posts and local directory listings have helped strengthen our reputation online, making us easier to find and choose. These results show that the project has not only improved our online presence but also delivered real growth in patient numbers.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Webjuice managed the project in a very organized and professional way. They delivered the agreed items on time and kept us updated with regular reports so we always knew what was happening. Whenever we had questions or needed changes, they responded quickly and adjusted their approach to match our needs. Their team was proactive in suggesting ideas to improve results, which made the whole process smooth and easy for us.

What was your primary form of communication with Webjuice?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about Webjuice was how they felt like a true partner combining expertise with a personal touch and delivering real results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webjuice could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be offering even more simplified updates for those of us who aren’t very technical. While the reports were clear, a quick summary of “what this means for the clinic” in plain language each month would have made it even easier to follow along. Aside from that, their service was excellent.
