We saw great metrics upon launching the websites — our loading speed went up by 22%, and our exit rates went down by 33%. Additionally, we saw significant conversion rate boosts across all the websites developed.

Our current TanOrganic website would only function in Ireland. As a global brand this wasn't good enough. We hired Web Consulting to rebuild our website and make it globally functional.

I have worked with Hitesh on other projects and trust his judgement. This was a complicated process as we trade in multiple currencies and from multiple locations so I needed someone I could trust to ensure the project was delivered with care

We had a kick off meeting to describe our needs and goals. As we already had a website Hitesh needed to pull all of our data from these. We underwent a change of holding company and branding so all needed to be updated. Hitesh built a custom app for us to ensure we could have differential pricing. Our stock is managed by an external system so that required integration, as well as integration with our various fulfilment partners.

Our project launched on time and with minimal issues. We immediately saw a 97% lift in traffic and 150% lift in sales

Hitesh is only ever a phonecall away. We formally met twice a week on the project to plan course of actions. We used basecamp for approvals and comments and WhatsApp for informal stuff.

Our website was outdated. We needed help creating a new one that’d appeal to the diverse demographics we’re trying to reach.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Consulting Agency developed and designed our website in WordPress. The website works to build comradeship among the military personnel who served in the Irish Special Forces and pays tribute to fallen veterans.

Beyond that, the goal is to celebrate diversity, create employment opportunities, encourage academic institutions and private entities to partner with us to create pipelines from military service to the private sector, and more. The site features a shop where we sell different items, such as member shirts and badges.

The website will launch in a couple of weeks. Feedback from board members has been overwhelmingly positive. They believe people will want to be associated with our brand, and ultimately, our organization.

The organization has always done great work, but that wasn’t reflected on the old website. The team made the site easy to navigate and took into consideration the diverse age among our members, relating to how we search.

How did Web Consulting Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done great. We use Basecamp, which makes things easy. Their team is always available and responsive; they ask clarifying questions when necessary.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very attentive and collaborative, never making us feel like they’re too busy with other clients. They pay attention to detail and are able to interpret our goals and objectives, even when we don’t know how to articulate them clearly.

No, nothing comes to mind.

Be open to their advice. You won’t be disappointed by them; they’re very in tune with their customers’ needs.

The website is still being built, but on our end, we’re pleased overall. We gave them an overview of what we needed, and they’ve been able to work on it independently. 

So far, we’re definitely happy with the output we’ve received. The delivery and communication are good, and everything’s been quick and professional. If we ever want to make any changes, it’s not an issue to have them implemented; Web Consulting Agency is very flexible.

Project management has been very good. It’s been a fairly unusual project, because we haven’t had very strict deadlines. In general, however, the work has been turned around pretty quickly. We use Basecamp to keep in touch and track the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with Web Consulting Agency’s turnaround times. Also, the fact that they’re open to changes, trying new ideas, and seeing what works. There hasn’t been anything Web Consulting Agency wasn’t able to do. Any time we have an idea or need a change, they always come up with a solution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could benefit from doing a little more initial testing on their end, before they send it back to us. We’ve come across some things that have needed to be changed, and it hasn’t caused any issues, but it could be an improvement from a productivity point of view.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They opened up our eyes about how websites can benefit the business, how much traffic you can get from having a website, and the advantages of SEO and PPC. What Hitesh achieved for our company was amazing.

The website looks fantastic, the UX is great, and we’ve had no customer complaints about the functionality. He improved our SEO as well. We started off with less than 100 keywords, and now we have 500–600 keywords, which is amazing.

We didn’t have much advertising going on, and Hitesh increased our traffic tremendously — it grew by over 70%. Additionally, all of the websites he created work well. Web Consulting Agency was able to help us in all marketing areas, not just the website.

So far, Web Consulting Agency created two websites for us and we’re working on the third. They built a custom site using LifterLMS to cater to our specific needs. The platform functions for those interested in our academy and displays our offerings. They also created a custom search functionality. All of the sites are built using WordPress. For one of the sites, they also integrated WooCommerce.
