I had a meeting with the team, where we discussed my requirements and what can be achieved. After a few mockups, the team got to work, designing and developing a presentation WordPress site. They used the content provided by me and linked all buttons to my social accounts.

The project manager was the person I was mostly in contact with, and also the designer and developer.

After the launch of the website, I started to notice a lot more traffic coming in and have been contacted several times. The users seem to appreciate the minimalistic design.

We discussed over email and via video calls about the different ideas, and the concepts were done in figma and photoshop.

The site is very responsive and well made, while the budget was affordable. The staff was very friendly and respected my ideas and the changes I asked for.

A few bugs were present initially, but they were resolved.

I believe the redesign with Webactiv was a success. We really knew what we were going for and they understood this from the very beginning. This helped a lot to get the project done in a matter of weeks and for us to be very happy with the results. They also suggested some functionalities that made the upsell part of the selling process very smooth and not confusing for our clients. That feature alone paid for itself in a matter of days and we have been using it since.

We got along from the beginning. It was just a matter of us communicating very well what are goals were for the project. I guess when you really know what you are looking for from this kind of project, the workflow is very smooth.

Metrics were not relevant in our case because we had previously a WIX website but for sure the digital image were 10x improved.

We had weekly meeting for progress reporting and the tasks were reported on the e-mail by the PM. We may say that the project were delivered in time and the deliverables expected were qualitative.

Communication means more. The target audience deserves more than the sales offers. Earned customers expect more than the new price offers. The company or products developed in a business grow more if they are pleasantly and correctly presented. And we really like simple things, communicated simply and efficiently.

The team of Web Active promptly responds to requests and offers a fair and solid implementation. Not the least, it has a human-based approach in client communication and as result, it provides a nice and customized customer experience. Both the website and the logo image were created based on discussions and a brief in which we established some expectations from the requested logo. The final result was definitely beyond expectations.

I received both the website and the logo image even earlier than the set deadline, constantly keeping in touch and receiving updates on how things are progressing.
