My role was to oversee the Marketing & Design activities to ensure the product visibility in the market.

We were looking for a reliable IT partner who can implement with great detail of our Technology implementation and also consult time to time. It was very difficult to meet people online around 9 years ago and then let them understand our requirement over call and other available tools that time. Somehow we found about this Team and interviewed their team over call and found them well versed of what we need and a positive attitude towards the work.

All of the requirements were not very clear at the beginning so we were also a bit reluctant to hire a new team. Though, they have impressed with their portfolio and by showing a willingness to help. We had lots of pendencies that time as we had lack of staffing in this area and looking to find a team who has varying skills and can do UI, web development, QA and content as well

We found them through google search and we have been very impressed with the interview call and found them good fit of what we were looking at. They had a small team that time but good fit for our requirement.

The project was to build our official website which is rich in content to development and keep it up to date as per the latest requirement. Complete requirement was not a kind of very fix though, as mentioned earlier we were looking for a team who could help us with our evolving need. Technology we use in this project is ExpressionEngine.

The point we appreciate is they are very flexible and ready to work when and how we need. They have a full stack team though, now we have in-house team of UI and UX so we take care of UI and they take care of rest of the things. They are very flexible and ready to work as we want. They are part of our extended Team. Minimum, 3 of their resources has been working on our project. Though many times 10 of their technical resources has been working on our project too. So, it’s kind of flexible Team structure with us.

We have a long term association with this team, this itself suggest that we are very happy with their support and deliveries. In general, they are flexible, approachable and always ready to do help

They use latest technologies for project collaboration. We are onboarded over a project management tool. Most of the official communications are through that tool and we also use Slack and Skype for communication. We live in different timezones though it’s been very easy to be with them on the project.

Their personal touch, being approachable and flexible to our needs are the reason for our long-term association.

There is always needs for improvement and they listen to customer’s feedback carefully. So, whenever we find something we share with them and they act accordingly so nothing as such to share here.

We were initially logged on to this vendor for their expertise in Expression Engine.

Our key platform was built on Expression Engine, which basically served as a content delivery platform, but then later it was enhanced to include subscription management system, copyright protected stand-alone digital publications.

They have a good development team, which has cross-technology expertise. The delivery was sometimes slightly behind the schedule, but ultimately the product delivered was up to the mark.

Yes, they could always better their quality testing.
