They optimized metadata and on‑page copy each month, updated multiple pages, and implemented internal linking plans to strengthen priority content. At the same time they ran a link building campaign, secured authoritative backlinks, and delivered regular backlink reports. A technical audit was conducted and an implementation roadmap was provided to resolve crawl errors, improve site speed, and address structural issues. Key deliverables included a strategy report; monthly optimization summaries; backlink acquisition reports; a content plan; a technical audit and roadmap; and ongoing performance dashboards with strategic guidance memos.

The primary measurable outcome was the volume of leads retained throughout the engagement. We compared the number of qualified leads entering the pipeline before the project with those retained afterward and tracked the month‑over‑month retention rate. This focus on retention demonstrated clear progress as the percentage of leads staying engaged rose steadily over the course of the campaign.

I find the communication from our account manager and content to be inconsistent and unclear. Neither are proactive. The dashboard is not clear and I often feel as though I am reminding our account manager about web work, etc. I have had a good experience with the web and SEO folks.

They full team responds with appropriate pace and helpfulness when I have a request.

They are all warm, good humans. You can tell that they care about their employees. 

I also appreciate that they right sized a project for us.

• The dashoard needs more context or Mark always present to explain it.
• I have not spoken with our content lead in months. While there is a document with a general direction for content pieces, given our dynamic industry I would assume more connection and collaboration on pieces that are timely. 
• There is A LOT of PTO and out of office. My calendar is very full and the constant shifting of meetings can be frustrating and often last minute. 
• A "macro" explanation of our site's performance is important to me. If you look at the raw stats it's not good. Mark did a great job of explaining these on the last call but I don't understand why that is not a part of what Danaea is sharing regularly when we look at the dashboard. 
• I feel as though I've asked for web fixes multiple times and there was a miss in understanding from our account manager to the web team. This set the web work back in terms of timeline. 
• I know we are a small account but I would love a more proactive, thoughtful account management. Someone who is thinking about our firm, our work, and noticing things on our site that can ultimately help us generate leads and create conversions. That might be beyond what we are paying for, so I can appreciate that if that's the case.

We partnered with Victorious for two main reasons: 1) to improve our keyword ranking which also involved an extensive keyword research project to establish what our set of keywords were and 2) imporve organic website traffic.  

In order to achieve both outcomes Vicotorious conducted extensive keyword research and website analysis. They immediately identifed areas relating to our website and seo set up where we were falling short and that was having a huge impact on our poor results. The outcome of their initial analysis resulted in an action list for both them and us to implement over coming months.

We are now about 6 months into the partnership and we have started to see significant improvements! We have a set of keywords for our brand and key products idenfifed and we are now tracking their ranking and over 50% of keywords have improved by more than 50 places. Our website and content is in a much better place thanks to multiple site sweeps and content team support. We have added keywords to all webpages, updated meta descriptions, page titles, increased the number of backlinks, fixed broken links etc. Things that were going unnoticed before engaging with Victorius.

The Victorious team manage the project extremely well, are on time with deliverables and very good at communicating if things change. I appreciate the follow up emails we get after each meeting which highlights next steps and we have a project file to track the many moving pieces. They are a great team to work with.

We've relied heavily on their point of view, and they've never failed to provide us with data-driven, thoughtful, and realistic advice.

So far, the measurable outcomes have been qualitatively measured, but shouldn't be overlooked. Victorious has allowed us to stay on track—and in some instances, ahead of schedule—thanks to their open and fast communication via Slack and routine meetings. We've become more confident as a company to make better decisions within this project scope thanks to the time and attention the Victorious team has spent on educating us and collaborating on solutions. I cannot wait for our site to launch so we see the quanititative measures take place.

The Victorious team spends ample time before each meeting ends discussing deliverables, confirming deadlines, and closing the loop on various project aspects. We utilize Slack for most of our communication, and the fast (and quality) responses are always appreciated. It's almost like they're in-house!

Often times, SEO agencies will provide textbook advice that doesn't leave us feeling great, but Victorious knows how to manage it all while still delivering results. I deeply appreciate the creativity and innovating thinking—it's built so much more trust, knowing that they have what's most important to us top of mind.

With Victorious, we were slow to onboard, but to be frank, a lot of that had to to with us. I believe we onboarded them a bit too soon in the project process, and we still needed to figure out our needs and what order we needed to tackle them in. It took us both a bit to figure out our groove of working together, but ever since that hurdle, it's been incredibly seamless.

Deliverables were always delivered, but not timely or predictably. They would happen at any given time rather than meeting maditory deadlines. Made it hard to keep track of things and ensure deliverables were met. 

Likewise, during meetings when phrases like "I will put this in an email for you", it would be days or even the following week before the spoken of email would arrive.

A stricter more reliable cadence of when deliverables would be delivered. But if their sporatic approach means they are taking more time and care than just hitting deadlines, I wouldn't see my suggestion as an improvement.

I didn't find anything impressive about Victorious except for the great work of their sales team. I wonder why my experience is so different from what I see in other reviews, but it is different.

I would recommend that the Victorious team be more responsible and committed to the promised results, timelines, and scope of work. I recommend they take a more proactive approach to the client's challenges rather than reactive and passive. I recommend they show a more client-oriented approach and be more specific when providing any recommendation rather than delivering super generic advice that can be found in any SEO guide.
