Urtasker provides a weekly and monthly report that includes all metrics from our sales, advertising, and profits. I make use of those metrics in the work that I do, and they have proven to be very helpful. In general, their work has freed me to focus on the big ideas that drive our company.

How did Urtasker perform from a project management standpoint?

They are really good at communicating and have delivered on everything they promised to deliver. We use a combination of about 90% Skype and 10% email to get feedback on specific tasks and ideas that we want to implement.

They have a really efficient structure in their company leadership that helps make project management very effective.

I would just like to see them add more services to their portfolio, but on the whole, I have been very pleased.

The scope of work focused on preparing, structuring, and optimizing our brand for growth on Amazon and TikTok Shop. Urtasker assisted with the setup and development of both platforms while providing strategic guidance on how our products and brand should be positioned for each marketplace. Key deliverables included Amazon and TikTok Shop account setup and management, product listing development and optimization, brand and product positioning, keyword and marketplace research, content recommendations, and guidance on platform requirements and best practices. They also helped identify and work through the operational details needed to create a stronger foundation for launching and growing successfully. Throughout the project, Qamar and Hamza have provided ongoing communication, recommendations, and support. Their work has helped us better understand how to structure our brand, improve our marketplace presentation, and prepare our products for greater visibility and long-term growth. The process has required careful attention to detail, and their guidance has allowed me to remain focused on other areas of my business while trusting that our Amazon and TikTok Shop development is moving forward.

The project is still ongoing, but I can clearly see that the business is moving in the right direction.
