Wordpress + ACF Pro + varied misc client requirements. Included contact forms, configurable blocks, custom fonts. There was much to-ing and fro-ing as the client changed their minds about their own designs, sizes etc. Uplers were only ever accommodating of this.

We worked with a number of friendly project managers and developers directly.

This was a project delivered under pressure for a very demanding end client. While the client will never be pleased, we were very happy with the ways of working and our collective ability, with Uplers, to deliver this unusual project.

When anything was unclear in the brief, Uplers scheduled video calls including all stakeholders from project team to developers. Communication was thorough and frequent. They followed all deadlines and never went beyond the budget. Bugherd used to great effect for amends and snagging.

Great people, great quality work, huge expertise, always positive, very fast, very flexible.

We had entered a new phase of growth and had recently rebranded. We need our new identity reflected in our website. We also had the requirement that it had to leverage the Hubspot CMS as we wanted all marketing, sales and web analytics flowing through the same platform. The goal was to build a scalable and performant website that accurately reflected our new brand identity.

Uplers came recommended to us from a trusted partner of ours. We also new that Uplers had expertise in Hubspot, which was a requirement. They are also priced right.

Uplers had to work very closely with our CEO, web designer(s), copywriter(s) and myself to define all the requirements, do's and don'ts and ultimately take our brand and interaction designs and implement them to the pixel. We delivered the designs, Uplers created the page templates in Hubspot and was there to make sure launch went smoothly. We also engaged them towards the end to provide technical SEO consulting which I believe helped us tremendously.

Dhruvin was out Project Manager. We did not have direct contact with our dev team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site performs at the highest levels for speed which is something we were very concerned about as well as making sure we didn't lose existing ranking with Google. Since launch organic traffic has gone from the low 100s to several thousand a month. This is a testament to the implementation and our marketers doing their part with the right content.

We had a good experience (not great) when it came to communication and we could have checked in a bit more often but that was minor as anything we asked for was promptly taken care of.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did everything with a smile and tried to accommodate us when we pushed for certain unique animations and interactions on the website. They are very collaborative and understanding. We are busy doing our day jobs and to get our attention and focus is difficult at times. They did their best to work with us along the way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really don't have much, if anything.

We were tasked with creating a new homepage for a pre-existing Hubspot templated website for a large, multi-national company. The goal was to create a visually striking custom design that was not limited by the functionality of the current website.

We were familiar with Uplers through referrals.

The Hubspot template was extremely limited in terms of customization so we created a custom design that needed to be developed by an outside firm. The new template also needed to incorporate elements (like a global nav) from the existing website template. We had a kickoff call with the Uplers team to walk through our design, they even proposed additional solutions during the call such as improvements to the header and potential challenges.

We quoted and kicked-off the project with the Business Growth Manager. The Jr. Project Manager was also on the project kickoff call and we worked with him throughout the rest of the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

While the new page was only recently launched, we (and the client) are thrilled with the outcome and excited to start measuring the change in traffic, specifically a decreased bounce rate. Uplers helped us implement a heatmapping tool for no extra charge just prior to launch.

We communicated with the Jr Project Manager regularly via email. After the initial project delivery, we communicated daily with edits and 90% of the time received a reply same-day. They were willing to hop on Zoom calls same-day when requested. Not once did I need to send a "Following up on" email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a project manager, the responsiveness of Uplers was one of the best aspects. They delivered great work, on time. They made edits quickly and even went above and beyond, suggesting additional changes we didn't think were possible within the constraints.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall the work was great, but there is always more room for QA to reduce the back-and-forth of editing.

We hired Uplers to develop multiple WP templates. Our goal was to migrate an existing blog into our WP instance and take advantage of the move to refresh the templates and functionality.

We have been working with Uplers for over 6 months now so it was an easy decision to go with them. They have a great team, respond quickly, and get the job done.

The team at Uplers had to deliver coded templates in a dev environment based on mockups that had been provided for them. They accomplished the tasks required within the promised turn-around time.

We have an on-going relationship with Uplers, so we normally work through our account manager. It's very rare when we can't get all of our points across just the single point of contact, but when we can't, we jump on calls with lead developers on our projects.

Ahead of schedule. Minor QA bugs that needed to be hunt down and fixed. Always very clean code that I can later pick up and tweak if needed without their assistance.

We start all of our projects in Asana. My account manager gets to it with their team and communicates with me via email as needed. It was very much hands-free for me, which allowed me to focus on other priorities.

Their work quality combined with their pricing models and their turn-around time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes the time zone difference can make things difficult and you have to wait more than you'd like to get some things completed, but for the most part if you give your project enough time, this isn't an issue.

The main achievement for us that working with Uplers enables us to deliver high-quality marketing projects even in a short period of time.

One of the things we enjoy most working with Uplers is their responsiveness. Uplers team is always in touch even though we are in the different time zones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate the attention to details and thoughtful approach of the Uplers team. They are doing a great job, always delivering high-quality projects according to the deadline, while educating their customers on industry best practices and new technologies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the next step for us working with Uplers will be organizing all the projects in one place. We are working in multiple projects simultaneously, so sometimes it's hard to keep track. It would be great to have one personal cabinet/profile, where you can see al the project and their statuses together with wallet balance.

We discussed that we wanted the site on Wordpress and looking very professional and clean. We sent them an example of how we wanted the site designed and delivered, once they received it they began to work and the progress they made in the first 3 days was amazing.

Arjun, Ustav and the rest of the team were very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure any questions we had were anwser with an explanation.

This new website that they've developed has blown our old one out of the water! Our clients' response to the new website design was very positive and supportive.

EFEX is a Managed Service Provider with 20 locations across Australia. My role is Marketing Specialist and I have been tasked with launching the business' digital marketing efforts.

EFEX had never marketed online and needed to start from scratch. We also launched a new sub-product, Jet IT which needed brand awareness and lead generation.

I have previously worked with Uplers years ago when working in an agency. I knew they were reliable, easy to work with, and able to get good results.

For our initial EFEX project, the scope was largely around increasing website traffic and conversions through Search. We also supported this with a 9 month SEO project.

More recently Uplers has helped with content creation as well. Jet IT required LinkedIn and Google SEM to help establish brand awareness and lead generation over a short period, post-launch.

My day-to-day dealings have been with one dedicated product manager, however I know there are a full team behind her. Execution Team - Saurabh Sharma, Renuka Jadav, Himani Garg Account Manager - Kewal Sanghadia Project Coordinator - Dhrumi Mehta My experience with Dhrumi has been wonderful.

She follows up when I forget thing, but understands when I have other priorities. Reports and meetings are shared monthly, or more regularly when required. I have also had the ability to ask for advice and general suggestions, eg ideas around improving on-page conversions, and Dhrumi and team and more than happy to help out.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our efex brand SEM conversions have increased from 5/month to 45 over 10 months. Our top 10 keywords are increasing month on month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Uplers works as part of our team. They understand our complex business and are now quick to make suggestions which would benefit our marketing outcomes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As well as providing thorough reports and feedback, they are very responsive. I know that if I have a question or request it will be addressed within 48 hours (depending on urgency).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Potentially a monthly 1-page summary which could be circulated the Executive Team or the Board, but this isn't something I've required (a 'nice bonus')

Ubrik Media is a digital marketing agency located in Dubai. We provide marketing services for B2B businesses and educational institutions within the United Arab Emirates. I am an account management executive within the firm, charged with meeting client targets and service delivery on a month-on-month basis.

One of our clients had very poor site performance and they wished to improve the search engine optimisation of their website. We were in need of an agency that could analyse and improve the on-site, technical and off-site SEO aspects of our client's website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated a number of agencies in India that provided SEO services and held meetings with them to understand their calibre and competency. Eventually, we settled on Uplers due to their extensive portfolio, expertise and cost estimate.

We started off with an introductory call to make sure that both parties were on the same page regarding the project, the client, and goals and targets. After the call, Uplers conducted an SEO audit, thereby determining the critical areas and issues that needed to be fixed immediately vs low priority tasks that could wait.

After a thorough analysis of the audit, they provide me with a concise list of actionable items that I could directly forward to the client for improving their on-site and technical SEO. This included everything from replacing the meta-tags to optimising Java and CSS scripts. They also got back to us with a WIP sheet that could be used to track priority tasks and their status.

This combined with a dedicated Slack channel ensured that communication was seamless and smooth. In addition to the above, Uplers was also working on improving the off-site SEO through guest posting, backlinks and directories. They were able to obtain guest posts from credible websites with impressive domain authorities.

Month-on-month data reporting and analysis was carried out as well. We had weekly calls with Uplers to discuss improvements, updates and requirements from both parties.

The project was initiated by Mukund B., an account manager at Uplers. However, it was Divyani P., our project coordinator who handled the entirety of the project and had the most interactions with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Uplers recommended a series of changes to our client's website and classified them based on priority. Not only that, but they also provided detailed steps on how to implement the suggested changes. It was comfortable working with them as we did not have to put in extra effort to ensure that the project ran smoothly. In addition to that, we also had access to insights on the month-on-month changes in rankings and Divyani was always available to clarify any query that we had.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As mentioned above, we had a weekly call with Divyani where we discussed any pending tasks for the week, whether it was from Uplers' end, Ubrik's or the client's. We also discussed improvements and updates. In addition to that, we also had a Slack channel dedicated to Uplers where day-to-day discussions took place. Overall, workflows between the two teams were smooth and effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their methodology is what we found most interesting. They provided us with a timeline at the beginning of the project and managed to deliver on time on each and every occasion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are completely satisfied with Divyani and the Uplers team. Their approach was commendable in terms of understanding our client's problems and helping us solve them.

Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation. For the past 22 years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that all Australians who are affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support. I have been the Media & Marketing Manager at BCNA since Jan 2020.

For what projects/services did your company hire Uplers?

We originally hired Uplers to manage our Google Grant account, then in 2021 we asked them to assist us with Google Display and paid social for our Tax Appeal campaign. We didn't have the capabilities internally.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goals for the Google grant account were to increase our spend and conversions, and to ensure we were reaching the relevant audiences. When I started in 2020, I identified that we needed to restructure our key campaigns as they weren't worded correctly for our brand. Uplers helped ensure we didn't violate the Google Ad policy during the restructure. The main goals for our Tax Appeal campaign (in progress) are to reach the relevant audiences to secure donations, and be able to track those conversions/donation values.

I wasn't involved in this process as I wasn't with the organisation at the time.

For the Google grant account I identified BCNA's key campaigns and made sure the landing pages were up-to-date, before Uplers recreated Ad Copies for the campaigns. I then reviewed and edited them before they were made live. For the Tax Appeal campaign, Uplers took the time to help us understand how to set up the campaign and ensure the correct tracking was in place. BCNA provided landing page and creative, for Uplers to create Ad Copies and execution of the campaign.

What was the team composition?

From 2016 to now, the Google grant account has seen a 270% increase in conversions.

Communication from Uplers is first class. Whether it's scheduling meetings, providing feedback, or delivering ad copies, we always knew when we were going to receive something, so we could plan our end. They never missed a deadline. They offered suggestions to help us improve on our campaigns and were always available to meet if we had any questions or concerns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We really appreciated that Uplers took the time to provide suggestions to ensure the success of our campaigns. They worked with us on every element, to make sure the campaigns would perform the best possible. They even went away and did research to bring back to us.

The scope of work was big, it involved detailed planning, early development couple with feedback, testing and bug fixing, mid development, late development, feedback and corrections and finally general tweaking and polishing.

5 or so people have worked with me from the vendor's team and they had different positions from sales, accounting and development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was extremely successful with the final outcome very satisfactory. It was professional and the best quality, from the functionality to the design.

Their technique is very good and beneficial since we are constantly chatting with each other on Skype making the responses instant. The timeline is very clear and set forth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company really stands regarding the customer support and the final product. The development team has a very friendly attitude and a professional one at the same time, highly recommended.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The work may increase drastically sometimes and that may become a hindrance for the web developer. I think they would benefit a lot if they can increase the amount of web developers from time to time just to take the load off the lead developer.
