The site performs at the highest levels for speed which is something we were very concerned about as well as making sure we didn't lose existing ranking with Google. Since launch organic traffic has gone from the low 100s to several thousand a month. This is a testament to the implementation and our marketers doing their part with the right content.

We had a good experience (not great) when it came to communication and we could have checked in a bit more often but that was minor as anything we asked for was promptly taken care of.

They did everything with a smile and tried to accommodate us when we pushed for certain unique animations and interactions on the website. They are very collaborative and understanding. We are busy doing our day jobs and to get our attention and focus is difficult at times. They did their best to work with us along the way.

While the new page was only recently launched, we (and the client) are thrilled with the outcome and excited to start measuring the change in traffic, specifically a decreased bounce rate. Uplers helped us implement a heatmapping tool for no extra charge just prior to launch.

We communicated with the Jr Project Manager regularly via email. After the initial project delivery, we communicated daily with edits and 90% of the time received a reply same-day. They were willing to hop on Zoom calls same-day when requested. Not once did I need to send a "Following up on" email.

As a project manager, the responsiveness of Uplers was one of the best aspects. They delivered great work, on time. They made edits quickly and even went above and beyond, suggesting additional changes we didn't think were possible within the constraints.

This included everything from replacing the meta-tags to optimising Java and CSS scripts. They also got back to us with a WIP sheet that could be used to track priority tasks and their status.
This combined with a dedicated Slack channel ensured that communication was seamless and smooth. In addition to the above, Uplers was also working on improving the off-site SEO through guest posting, backlinks and directories. They were able to obtain guest posts from credible websites with impressive domain authorities.
Month-on-month data reporting and analysis was carried out as well. We had weekly calls with Uplers to discuss improvements, updates and requirements from both parties.

The project was initiated by Mukund B., an account manager at Uplers. However, it was Divyani P., our project coordinator who handled the entirety of the project and had the most interactions with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Uplers recommended a series of changes to our client's website and classified them based on priority. Not only that, but they also provided detailed steps on how to implement the suggested changes. It was comfortable working with them as we did not have to put in extra effort to ensure that the project ran smoothly. In addition to that, we also had access to insights on the month-on-month changes in rankings and Divyani was always available to clarify any query that we had.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioned above, we had a weekly call with Divyani where we discussed any pending tasks for the week, whether it was from Uplers' end, Ubrik's or the client's. We also discussed improvements and updates. In addition to that, we also had a Slack channel dedicated to Uplers where day-to-day discussions took place. Overall, workflows between the two teams were smooth and effective.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their methodology is what we found most interesting. They provided us with a timeline at the beginning of the project and managed to deliver on time on each and every occasion.

We are completely satisfied with Divyani and the Uplers team. Their approach was commendable in terms of understanding our client's problems and helping us solve them.

Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation. For the past 22 years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that all Australians who are affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support. We originally hired Uplers to manage our Google Grant account, then in 2021 we asked them to assist us with Google Display and paid social for our Tax Appeal campaign. We didn't have the capabilities internally.
What were your goals for this project?
The main goals for the Google grant account were to increase our spend and conversions, and to ensure we were reaching the relevant audiences. When I started in 2020, I identified that we needed to restructure our key campaigns as they weren't worded correctly for our brand. Uplers helped ensure we didn't violate the Google Ad policy during the restructure. The main goals for our Tax Appeal campaign (in progress) are to reach the relevant audiences to secure donations, and be able to track those conversions/donation values.

I wasn't involved in this process as I wasn't with the organisation at the time.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
For the Google grant account I identified BCNA's key campaigns and made sure the landing pages were up-to-date, before Uplers recreated Ad Copies for the campaigns. I then reviewed and edited them before they were made live. For the Tax Appeal campaign, Uplers took the time to help us understand how to set up the campaign and ensure the correct tracking was in place. BCNA provided landing page and creative, for Uplers to create Ad Copies and execution of the campaign.
What was the team composition?
Execution Members - Shubhi Mall, Agraj Chaudhry, Charmi Tolia, Maitry Thakkar Account Manager - Kewal Sanghadia Project Coordinators - Dhrumi Mehta We only dealt with Dhrumi on a regular basis.

The work may increase drastically sometimes and that may become a hindrance for the web developer. I think they would benefit a lot if they can increase the amount of web developers from time to time just to take the load off the lead developer.
