What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

UnitFactor’s work has resulted in faster client onboarding, automated account requests, and easier management of ad accounts and balances. Onboarding and account requests have become significantly faster, reducing manual work and support time. Overall, we’ve saved around 50%–70% less time on onboarding and support tasks.

We had a couple of patents filed and were prototyping different elements of the systems to receive feedback from our testers. We’ve hired UnitFactor to create assets for our learning management system (LMS) and validate the likeability of our assets because it plays a pivotal part in our patent strategy.
