Tridhya Tech started out as our advisors, helping us navigate our way towards securing investors. They then provided us with a development team when it came time for us to build out our platform. 

Tridhya Tech developed the web based platform on Ethereum and Solidity and made it compatible with Binance Smart Chain and Polygon. Along with managing certain parts of the blockchain technology that dealt with smart contracts, they also executed the frontend and designed the UI. We relied on the team to put together the algorithms for the staking pools, which are quite complex. 

Their team also built protocols on existing borrowing and lending platforms to allow us to deposit or withdraw money on behalf of our users. Tridhya Tech also created a function that could enable us to pay out in tokens on a dividend basis where users who have a certain stake in an entity could get a portion of the interest for that.

Our marketing team is now working on user adoption, and so far, people love the platform. It’s functioning in a way that’s never been done before and the feedback that we’ve gotten for it is great. Because of the technology that Tridhya Tech teams built, we’ve been able to partner with a largely influential company in the crypto space. It’s not due to any fancy marketing scheme, but solely because of the way Tridhya Tech executed this completely original concept.

Tridhya Tech handled the full project from start to finish. They started with a discovery phase to understand our programs and what kind of experience we wanted for users. Then they moved to design, they showed us mockups and even clickable prototypes so we could test things early. After we approved that, they built the full mobile app with login systems, student dashboards, mentor matching, and progress tracking. They also set up push notifications and built a backend for our admin team to manage everything easily. Testing and app store deployment were part of the deal too, so they really did it all.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app made a huge difference. Our student engagement jumped right after launch because everything’s just easier now. We cut down our admin time by a lot.  I will say at least 30–40% less time spent managing data and communication manually. Feedback from mentors has been great too, they like how simple it is to track sessions and updates. The app also reduced missed sessions and confusion, which was a big issue before.

They were very organized. We had a dedicated project manager who kept us in the loop the whole time. They used tools like Jira and Google Meet to show progress and discuss updates. Most of the milestones were delivered on time, and if there was any delay, they were upfront about it. Communication was quick and clear,  if we had questions or needed small changes, they handled it fast. Felt like they actually cared about the project, not just finishing it.

Their attention to detail and how patient they were stood out. We had a lot of feedback and sometimes changed things last minute, and they always took it well. I liked that they didn’t just do what we said, they gave suggestions that actually made the app better. You can tell they’ve worked with all kinds of clients before. Also, their design team is amazing, they made the app super clean and easy to use.

Maybe they could have provided a bit more training material for our team after launch, like short video tutorials or guides. They did show us everything on calls, but having something we can refer back to would’ve been helpful. Other than that, no real complaints. Overall, they did a great job and we’re already talking about adding more features with them soon.

We started with a discovery phase where we had two weeks of in-depth discussions around our goals. Tridhya Tech Limited asked us questions about our goals to understand us and our customers. Based on that they came up with a solution. We already had an app with another vendor but that didn’t work out. 
Tridhya Tech Limited essentially rebuilt the app from scratch they looked into the previous product and fine-tuned the new one, adjusted the mobile app’s offering.From there we worked on sprints which took around 7 months to complete. After every sprint the team delivered working APK files that we could use on Android and iOS devices. Our team was heavily involved in giving feedback to their outputs since we didn’t have a QA analyst. They built a web-based app too.

We were really happy with the outcome. We rolled out the app to a small group of users to test it in a low bandwidth environment. We also had an active team testing the app on different devices. Overall our internal team concluded that the app’s software speed and UI was 100x better than what we had before.

Tridhya Tech Limited was on time with deadlines. They had hours based budget and never went over the hours. Only the budget increased was when they recommended a business analyst for the project. We had a hard time with that because it felt like an upsell. They didn’t include the recommendation in their proposal but their CEO got involved.
The CEO offered their business analyst to work on 3 sprints for free to see if it was worth it for us. That was a huge gesture for us and we were happy with what they did. We kept the business analyst until the implementation was finished.
For communication we used Google Meet for weekly meetings and Slack for daily communications. 
Tridhya Tech Limited did the documentation on Google Documents. They tried to save us some money by not using Jira or Confluence. But Google Documents couldn’t handle all the documentation we had so we switched to another cloud based word processing tool

They were moving so fast. They didn’t want to delay the work so they went ahead and developed some features even if I hadn’t approved them yet. Sometimes it turned out the feature was misunderstood and didn’t meet our requirements.
Also they missed some of my comments on our original documentation so I had to give them intense feedback. The Figma screens were also sometimes incomplete so it was hard to know what a specific feature was describing.

The technical team started with an in-depth Discovery Phase and provided detailed documentation including a Software Architecture Document (SAD), design concept, Quality Attribute Scenarios and a detailed Project Plan. They also outlined the Team Composition to match our resource needs. After the discovery phase the development team started working on the online web portal and on-premise app suite. One of the biggest challenges we had was to ensure real-time communication between the On-Premises App Suite and the cloud-based Web Portal and the Tridhya Tech Limited team solved it. Another big challenge was to create a unified codebase for both the Web Portal and the On-Premises App Suite. We had 2 development phases where the main functionalities were created and tested. After that we moved to a maintenance agreement as our system needs permanent support and improvements. We are still working with their team.

We achieved all our internal goals. Tridhya Tech Limited released the first version of the solution on time. In the second phase the team expanded the solution’s features and presentation to meet our goals. After the second phase we continue to work with Tridhya Tech Limited’s experts who now maintain and optimize the AVFX product for long term success. They use different metrics to ensure development meets our expectations. Tridhya Tech Limited team implemented BA and QA metrics and tracked bugs per task to deliver high quality. We organized and participated in a dozen or so shows and got positive feedback from our partners and customers across different countries and organizations. Describe their project management.

Both phases were completed on time and any minor delays during development were reported and fixed very quickly. Overall Tridhya Tech Limited team was flexible during this period. Any changes or updates from our end were addressed and implemented. Their team supported our events on weekends or had calls with us in their late hours. With such a proactive team we were able to host a large event for 75 workstations and looking forward to expand our capabilities.

Tridhya is very organized and professional. The team is knowledgeable about what they do. They communicate with me all the time and make the client’s projects their own.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tridhya Tech Limited could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything; my experience has been great.
