Since we launched the system, we’ve seen a lot of differences in the ideas we’ve been doing. We can see our artists’ collaborations, stocks, and timelines clearly, which has sped up the process of things and is part of the business that we actually love. We’re also able to see everything clearly, and that has been a great deal for us.

They’ve been brilliant in this regard. They always communicate and never push, and they explain things in plain English instead of jargon. They also adapt to what we need and make changes without making a big deal out of it. We use Trello for project management and communicate via Zoom, phone calls, and emails. They understood well, asked the right questions, and finally presented a beautifully crafted plan that encapsulated what we sought to build. Their team created a custom subscription management system to automate nearly all the operational functions that we had previously carried out manually. Customers now had an easy way to pause or reactivate their plans, switch plans, and get details of what they had borrowed, its due date, and when to expect their next box-all this achieved through a clean and user-friendly dashboard.

Some of our most valued changes came just weeks into the launch itself. Customers, who previously needed assistance to complete even the simplest tasks like changing plans, switched to being totally independent in managing their subscriptions. One such customer was a frequent traveler who simply left a note thanking us because he had always emailed support before going abroad to put a hold on his account, but now it took just one click to accomplish. Another user upgraded effortlessly to a higher plan after realizing how much he loved the first set of clothes we delivered. The system not only acknowledged the upgrade but adjusted also the billing and inventory allocations in real time as and when the upgrade happened. This was just the kind of moments-where technology converged with real human behavior-that we envisioned, and Thirstysprout made them happen.

Thanks to Thirstysprout, we were able to work with a fantastic team of data scientists and engineers who quickly became part of our working relationship. These specialists did quite a lot; they designed data-warehouse and data-pipeline processes & built dashboards that visualize operational efficiency in real-time, to name just a few. 

One of their major tasks was developing a dashboard that allowed us to control the workflow at every level, be it in regards to the necks of the production processes or the most recent fad among consumers. They also assisted us in further developing our data models which improved our demand forecasting and in turn limited excessive production thereby streamlining our logistics. It eliminated any other inefficiencies in the system.
