We needed to have the designs implemented, a working demo app developed for a high priority customer, and a set of scripts which successfully organized the customer networks. The outcome was simply whether or not the code worked.

Their team responds extremely well to our needs. David was HYPER proactive in finding the best profiles to fit our team, not only concerning their technical skills, but also by taking into account our cultural fit, and working styles. He saw things that I didn't see, and pre-empted problems so that they wouldn't affect our growth. It was a STELLAR commitment to his customer.

I was amazed by the speed at which ThirstySprout was able to find high quality developers that fit the exact needs we had at the stage we were in as a company. Equally, the budget fit our capabilities, so we were able to scale appropriately as a growing startup. Are there any areas for improvement or something ThirstySprout could have done differently?

The only thing I was suggest is to begin expanding their growth to other geographies. They have a special skill in identifying developers from their core region, and if this could be applied to other geographic regions, that could provide more flexibility
