There was so much raw data that was being collected but not sorted that it was insane, and we were looking for a way to turn that into something useful that can guide future business strategies.

Thanks to Thirstysprout, we were able to work with a fantastic team of data scientists and engineers who quickly became part of our working relationship. These specialists did quite a lot; they designed data-warehouse and data-pipeline processes & built dashboards that visualize operational efficiency in real-time, to name just a few. 

One of their major tasks was developing a dashboard that allowed us to control the workflow at every level, be it in regards to the necks of the production processes or the most recent fad among consumers. They also assisted us in further developing our data models which improved our demand forecasting and in turn limited excessive production thereby streamlining our logistics. It eliminated any other inefficiencies in the system.

We are pleased with the results. Thirstysprout’s involvement made it easier to assess customers’ likes and dislikes, thus enabling us to forecast demand more accurately. Their data management tools helped us determine the causes of delays in production, thereby facilitating quicker workflows and enhancing speed. 

Most notably perhaps, their help with our logistics optimization has worked well, minimizing delays in our supply chain to a great extent. Although we are not disclosing the figures, there has been a reasonable increase in both the production turnaround time and the satisfaction of customers. We are able to use mature strategies that tremendously improve the way we work.

They were extremely attentive to our requirements and willing to change plans at all times where necessary. I remember an instance where we needed to pivot mid-project due to changes in consumer demand, and they were not only flexible but also proactive in suggesting alternative solutions that we hadn’t even considered.

Additionally, it automates the generation of invoices, bills of lading, and other essential shipping documents based on cargo transfer data, and effectively manages cargo quantities, transfers, and storage levels at coastal terminals.
