A craft ale lover, for instance, may have received an offer for a limited edition brew. An added level of customer connection was achieved through their automated Email & SMS Marketing system, dispatching communications on time and with promotions relevant to the customer. A resounding success took place during the winter menu launch at an out-of-the-way country pub, where personalized invitations lured back past patrons while also enticing first-time guests, packing the dining room and creating a buzz around the new offerings.
