The campaign is a great success overall with 500% of the original goal.

We had daily communications with the team on Slack. Workflow is very effective and fluid.

The most unique part of TCF was their dedicated team. They do not share key resources between projects, which means their resources work as an extension of my own team.

The overall cost can be lower to help improve the ROI of campaigns and margin.

What impresses me the most is the spirit and value they hold as a marketing agency. They still stick with us even if the campaign doesn’t do well, which is something that’s hard to find in this market.

They could maybe incorporate a management tool like Monday so the progress of the project is more visible.

The team’s audience optimization also contributed to our ROI by improving customer acquisition and increasing the average order value with quality leads. We attributed the improvements to TCF Team’s strategy of raising the base price from $129 to an average ticket price of $200 per customer.

We engaged TCF to support our Kickstarter campaign end-to-end through two workstreams: (1) press pitching to build awareness and social proof, and (2) Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising for pre-launch lead generation and in-campaign conversions. 
The scope included asset review, media list building, tracking press hits, ad setup using pixel/UTM tracking, creative iteration and A/B testing, daily budget management, and optimization during the live campaign.
