Honestly, not that I can think of. They have a well-oiled system and it is in fact my third long-term project with them, as I have always been very happy with the results.

Design tailored software to register, asign, operate, control and do continuos follow ups to our sales by establishing different process status. facilitating communication between our ops teams, sales, our consumers and our clients. Software was developed using django for backend and vue for frontend. Svitla actively participated in designs user cases besides the software devolpment.

Almost everything went according to plan. We had reporting weekly sessions in addition to the meetings they had with us. This allowed us to identify delays and risks in order to work on them.

Every two weeks, progress was measured for delivering functionality, testing the functionality, and fixing any bugs. Svitla excelled in each of these 3 metrics throughout the project.

Teams are consistently meeting milestones, are capable of functioning independently, multiple teams work together seamlessly, development teams are maturing and increasing their development capacity and velocity with every quarter. The RTE exceed their role responsibilities by taking on extra work such as mentoring, training material development, status reporting, process gap identification and resolution, etc.

The RTE's have strong project Management skills. They are very experienced in agile software development and know how to lead teams to deliver to committed milestones and deliverables.

Customer service from Svitla is excellent. The Account Managers are very responsible, screen candidates to provide high quality candidates to meet my need. The follow-up is excellent, frequent but not intrusive. Svitla conducts performance reviews on all of their contractors and requests that I conduct performance reviews on the contractors on my teams reporting the results back to Svitla.

None at this time. I appreciate the high-quality company that Svitla Systems is.

I would love to have more senior engineer hiring through this vendor however it has been difficult to hire beyond mid-level engineers.

Svitla came to us with several great candidates who had prior cybersecurity and we selected them.

With the help of Svitla, we've compiled one of the most complete datasets in our field.

Very. Svitla is very independent and is able to complete their portion of the project with limited intervention.

We've really enjoyed working with our contractor from Svitla. They are quick to learn, have a good amount of domain knowledge, and have been very thorough.

For our needs, no.

I work as a department head of a company working in the field of digital video marketing & video production. We have 8 offices across Europe.

For what projects/services did your company hire Svitla Systems, and what were your goals?

Svitla helped us building an internal CRM application to manage customer data, customer agreements and performance/campaign data. The application allowed people to view & manage all customer-related data in an easy and effective way and with less human mistakes due to the integrated e-sign processes.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factor to work with Svitla is their expertise with Ruby/Ruby on Rails and very quick interview process.

Svitla developers took active part in developing multiple modules of the application from scratch, covering the functionality with automated tests, refactoring and implementing performance improvements to various parts of the application.

There were 3 people working with us:

• 2 senior backend developers (Ruby, Ruby on Rails)
• a senior frontend developer (React.js, TypeScript)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was launched on time and is being used inside of the company for almost 2 years, helping people to reduce manual work & human mistakes. We continue working with Svitla on other projects and also on maintaining the existing solution.

We are working with the development team directly as a part of our team. The communication with the team happens via company's communication apps and emails. The project management is done in Asan, reviews of changes to the code are done on GitHub.

The interview process with software developers is very quick and effective, we were able to find suitable candidates for the project in 2 weeks.
