SHP makes 300 dials per month for us. We build them a list of B2B prospects and they call those prospects. They also take great notes and report the results back to us and we continually iterate to book warm leads and appointments for our services.

Into our second monthly campaign and already have 4 warm leads and 1 appointment set as well as 137 human conversations and 27 decision maker conversations. Hard to beat that on cold outbound.

From there, progress is shown by the number of qualified leads identified and how many of those turn into scheduled appointments. Success is also measured by whether those appointments actually show up and how many move forward into real sales opportunities.

I am thrilled with the results SHP has delivered. The quality of their SDR's is high. They met the call activity metrics we strived for, but their conversion on those call activities has been outstanding. They have booked many appointments with quality leads. I have been very impressed with what has been delivered throughout our campaigns so far.

Their call tracking sheet took a bit of a learning curve to follow initially.

I hired them to handle my cold calls to realtors and to set appointments for introductions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Superhuman Prospecting & Pereus Marketing’s key deliverable is setting up the introduction appointment. Their agents use the script that I provide and reach out to the names I provide them in order to get a hold of real estate agents.

They’re already experienced at making calls, so they trained their own team. However, I’m not involved with their hiring process.

What is the team composition?

I’ve personally worked with two people from their team, including an account manager. Five of their employees have been making phone calls for me.

I found them on Google when I was searching for companies that could do cold calls. I chose them because they responded very quickly and my requirements fit their experience. The other companies I contacted didn’t return my phone calls or were way beyond what I was trying to get done, both in price and volume.

I’m in contact with their account manager on a weekly basis. We communicate through email and Google Meet.

I recently had a meeting with Superhuman Prospecting & Pereus Marketing and I asked them to identify the best time to conduct calls so that they could adjust their call time to that timeframe.

The channels that we were having is being able to generate qualified leads and make the initial introductions. We didn't really have anybody specialized to do this and it didn't make sense to hire somebody full time to do it. Superhuman prospecting and pereus marketing made it financially viable for us to be able to take advantage of this.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Biggest deciding factor was cost. Most other cold calling companies wanted thousands of dollars every month. Superhuman prospecting was able to provide us with a plan that was under $1,000 a month that gave us what we need.

John has been working with me since the start and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He's on task and sticks to his schedules. He's very clear about the projects and how to move forward.

So far through every campaign, they've been able to generate enough warm leads for us to continue following up with them throughout the months. I would say the percentage is higher than the average one to 2% return rate.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's been a very smooth process. They set calendar events and send them to us. They follow up with us on a consistent basis. They work with us to refine the sales pitch and other processes involved with the cold calling.

I love how outgoing they are, how straightforward they are in the processes that they have in place to help streamline moving from potential lead to warm lead.

Cold calling can be a very difficult line of business. From what I've seen these guys have been able to find a process that really works. There are people who make the calls really know what they're doing and are very good at connecting with people. So no I don't really have anything that they could be doing differently.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They scope out and generate a list of 150 potential targets on a monthly basis. They aggregate good targets using a specific software, and call each of those identified targets to potentially do business with.

What is the team composition?

I initially started working with Ryan (CEO & Founder) and John (Account Relationship Manager). Then we have Chris (Director of Account Management) who is the salesman that makes the cold calls.

I had someone from our marketing team vet a bunch of cold calling services. We ended up going with them after talking to about 4–5 people, based on the pricing and conversations we had with the owners. I really liked Ryan, he sounded like a good person that could produce the results we were looking for.

So far, we’ve invested around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2020, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve been really happy with the results they produce. We worked with a previous vendor who was only getting one lead a week, but now, we’re getting at least 10–15 leads a month.

We touch base once a week on Zoom and I’m happy with it. They’re really good at communicating, executing, and most importantly, producing leads.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their ability to research and bring in good leads.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they’re doing exactly what I want them to, especially with the pricing, so I don’t have anything major. Maybe they can focus on getting more high-paying clients, but it’s not that big of a deal.

My advice is to just know the target market you’re after so they can research it — guide them to what the clients are looking for.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get more customers. What that meant for SHP was that they were scheduling us calls on our calendar every time they were cold-calling our potential customers.

My lawyer introduced us to the founder, Ryan Persus.

They helped us develop a script that would help us get more customers interested in what we did and call these prospects to gauge their interest.

If the conversation went well, they would forward us the lead's email/phone number and schedule a call on our Calendly to actually talk to them.

It was a semi-automated lead generation process that was seamless when everything was in order.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with one person who is my account lead. He organizes each call campaign and updates us on how they are going in our weekly video calls.

We were able to sign a client that they introduced to us.

The workflow has been great. They have integrated into our process seamlessly and are very responsive if I have any questions or concerns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by how much their process actually got us leads and how, once everything was in place, automatic the scheduling of these customer calls became.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wanted them to be more transparent about their payment policy. My business partner and I wanted to be on for 6 months only but recently learned that we had signed on for 12 months.

They have a cancellation policy but I wish that instead of having their customers commit for a period of time, they would to a more month by month model where cancellation is more straightforward.
