Our website was created a year ago and was riddled with issues. We decided to move to the Shopify platform where we knew that many of the applications we needed were built in. While looking for expertise in multi-vendor e-commerce web development we found Superco, who is a certified Shopify expert.

We searched for web developers with experience in e-commerce marketing on the Shopify platform. After interviewing several firms with expertise in building and supporting Shopify based sites we chose Superco.

After an initial kickoff meeting and several meetings to review our existing website, Superco went to work. They presented us with multiple options for wire frames, color palette and navigation tools. Superco made this super easy for us by providing loom videos, interactive chat options and regular Zoom meetings to review options and move the project forward.

Initially we worked with Superco's two managing partners. As the project moved forward other team members were introduced into the mix until we had a full team of about six members.

Our non-profit requires the ability to house fifty plus vendors who drop-ship their products all over the US. A percentage of sales is retained for charitable purposes. The research and development work to bring this together behind the scenes is complex and challenging.

Superco did a fantastic job of researching these issues and presenting us with viable options. They have also done a fantastic job of integrating an app called Multi-Vendor Marketplace and tailoring it to our specific needs.

We start with a CX Discovery. Before we quote any fixed-scope work, we need to properly understand the brief: what the brand is trying to achieve, where the current experience is falling short, and what the right solution looks like. The Discovery produces a roadmap, and the roadmap produces the quote. It means clients get a considered recommendation rather than a generic proposal, and we only take on work we're confident we can deliver well. From there, most relationships move into either a defined build project or an ongoing retainer, depending on what the brand needs.

Not exclusively. We work with brands at different stages. Some come to us already on Shopify Plus and want to improve what they have. Some are migrating from Magento or another legacy platform. Some are launching on Shopify Plus for the first time and need everything built from scratch. The brief shapes the engagement. What we do ask is that brands are serious about investing in their customer experience. We are not the right fit for small builds or quick fixes.

A few things. We are Shopify Platinum Partners, which puts us in a small group of agencies globally. We work across design, build and growth under one roof, so there is no handoff between strategy and delivery. Our process is expert-led: we do not outsource, we do not inflate teams to look bigger, and we do not hide behind complexity. Retainers run in 3-month cycles with a weekly balance update so you always know what has been spent and what is left. Work is prioritised collaboratively at the start of each cycle, and we adjust the focus quarterly based on what the brand needs most. The retainer can cover anything across design, development, CRO, SEO and retention, depending on your roadmap. You get a consistent team who know your store, your stack and your customers. No briefing from scratch every time, no account managers who disappear after the pitch.

Yes, and it's one of our specialisms. We handle the full process in-house: strategy, design, development, data migration and SEO. That last part matters more than most agencies let on. A poorly managed migration can wipe out years of SEO equity. We treat it as a technical project from day one, not an afterthought at the end. We move product data, customer records and order history without loss, and we manage redirects and indexation properly throughout. We have a formal Migration Guide that sets out exactly how we scope and deliver these projects.
