The development team continued working on Shard X's solutions after the acquisition.       ### Offshore R&D center for a fitness tech company   From the very beginning, the app was built by using out-of-date technology that was not ready for scaling and rapid customization upon receiving new clients' requests. It was required to redesign the initial architecture of the existing solution and improve the core to meet white-labeling business requirements: module structure for rapid customization that means that each bit can be profoundly modified, seamless adoption and change according to a specific club chain request, speed, readiness for complex corrections.  On the Spot team helped the platform to become easily customizable and match one’s brand identity.
