Key deliverables included the design and development of a scalable web-based platform that automates and orchestrates the end-to-end installation process for EV chargers and residential battery systems. SpaceDev built customer-facing interfaces, internal operational tools, installer management workflows, partner portals, and API integrations that connect manufacturers, dealerships, installers, and end customers within a single ecosystem. The team also delivered UX research and design improvements, process automation capabilities, real-time project tracking features, quotation and installation management workflows, reporting and analytics tools, and infrastructure enhancements to support scalability, reliability, and future growth. The platform has enabled us to scale our operations while maintaining a consistent customer experience, providing real-time visibility and standardized processes for manufacturers, dealerships, installers, and end customers. The improvements in user experience and process automation have also contributed to high customer satisfaction, reflected in our 4.9/5 Google rating across more than 300 reviews. The software platform allows users to configure palletizing while the system handles the logic required to instruct the robotic arm. The technology stack included React, NestJS, and MongoDB.
