Thanks to this CRM development, our workflow was proceeded more efficiently and quickly. The paperwork minimizes by 50% while the customer base increase roughly 35%. The UX/UI was practical to users and inclusive of all functions as well.

By launching our new product we have reach an amazingly improvement in the user's tractions. In specifics we reached 30k traffics/ day and engagement rate increased to 43%.

The MetaMerge platform was successfully built and it went live on the scheduled date with full functionality. We gained 30% of new customers and thousands of players joined our game just in the testing version.

Although we were aware of their 7+ years of exeriences working with many worldwide clients, we didn't think that they could solve perfectly every problem we issued. We knew that SotaTek is a leading Blockchain Development Services, but we were still so surprised by the outcomes and final products. We went through user personas in much greater detail, and created wireframes. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built a cloud-based app in AWS and released.

The process went effectively and efficiently.

SOTATEK team designed the ledger for us to confirm and agree on the features and integration details. The development process was smooth. We ran into a couple of challenging parts during the integration process, but the team quickly addressed it.

All along the project was continuous and open communication between the 2 parties that all the issues were approached and solved. The project was delivered on time and budget.

This dedicated team of professional engineers proved to develop the platforms in both blockchains and building scalable technical solutions. The timeline was six months, and that wasn’t as short as weeks. However, the amount of work that went into that site and the amount of customization and features that we added were very aggressive for that timeline.

They did a really good job and high-quality work, and they were reliable. The number of users increased 150% comparing with our previous app.
