Our goals were to fix version 1 and make it as useable as possible while working on version 2, complete redesign and new functionality.

Siddhi Infosoft was available to start the project right away as always and i was able review all information with their developers. We scheduled our initial design and draft meetings and created our road map with sprints.

We have one dedicated developer who is amazing and we also have access to additional help as needed or their design team if needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first month the team was able to fix our major login issues. Within 6 months we were able to get a working prototype of version 2. This project is still in progress and Siddhi Infosoft has been very willing to work with the clients ever changing landscape and tight deadlines.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Siddhi Infosoft has been more than capable of handling this project and working together with us and our clients. We use project management software called clickup and Siddhi Infosoft took no hesitation in jumping on board. They are easy to communicate with via slack.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quickness to getting started. They were ready within a day or two and when they needed to get their local env setup it was a fast turnaround. The developers stayed late and communicated effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If you are willing to work with the timezone adjustment i dont see much room for improvement.

My team searched online for any help and we found them on Upwork. Rushabh and his team are very straight forward and we are happy that we found them.

We sent a PDF to the team and they created an App out of it. We are still working together (fixing some small bugs and implement new ideas together).

I mostly talked to Rushabh the project manager. He has a very good understanding and his English is perfect. Later we started working with Trello to have a better overview and that was the best decision ever. Like this, we have a good overview.

We get great feedback for our idea and the design they did! We just started so there is not much to say at the moment.

What I really appreciate that there is never a "NO". Siddhi Infosoft finds for every idea a solution!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since we are from Switzerland, we attach great importance to deadlines. Sometimes these were not met. Furthermore, we discovered the same mistakes several times, which should not happen. I recommend you to do a short test after each implementation and this also on various devices.

This way we do not have disgruntled customers and could not add anything to this question. ;-) But in general, we are happy!

They have provided consistent and effective development support over the past 5 years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. They communicate very well using Slack or Skype. We speak every day, either directly to the developers or to Rushabh, the overall project manager. They reply rapidly to emails and use our in house tools well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communications. They ask enough questions to understand the project then get on and get it done, with minimum fuss. They also have a very wide range of skills.

More testing before submitting the code back sometimes. But generally very good.

We wanted an mvp to see the potential of a Taxi-App in the rural area. Then we had also to improve the app and make different changes and add new features.

We were searching online for a good and price competitive mobile app developer and made some research. After many good reviews and a phone call with a previous customer of Siddhi Infosoft, we decided to do the work with Siddhi Infosoft.

We started with the mvp, the developing phase was approx. 5 months. Afterwards we had a lot new features to implement, also some bug fixing.

We don't have anything to compare. Nevertheless, Siddhi Infosoft did some great work, always within the budget he proposed.

We didn't have much experience in app development before we started the project. Siddhi Infosoft helped us a lot with the experience the developers already had in this field. They always had a solution if there was any problem, even when it was conceptional!

Next time we would have to give more details about what we exactly want, so that no misunderstoodings happen.

In the frontend, they created a very well-functioning and responsive site. In addition to all normal pages, they also created a very intuitive booking system. The bookings are shown in the backend for our technicians and are very easy to manage. At the backend, there are a lot of features like SMS messaging for orders that are ready.

To begin with, we hired two guys from Siddhi, but after a while most of the contact was between me and Mr. Jindal. And this communication and setup was the best solution for us.

I was most impressed by the level of customer service I got. Joshi worked with me the whole time, helping me to understand the pros and cons and the things I wasn't quite familiar with, given my lack of a IT background. I was also impressed by the fact that they were able to fulfill the specification of 95% of what we wanted, even when the previous developers were saying "no, no, no it can't be done." This company did it all! Very impressive. This company is going places, big places.

I believe I could have communicated exactly what I needed better through my requirements and specifications. I have come to accept that projects of this nature usually have these sort of problems and communication gaps. If you are clear with your requirements and specifications, then all the communication errors I face will be eliminated.
