An online application that can connect to all our operations team which have multiple levels of approval machanism with complicated looping was to be developed. There are more than 3500 users using the application form various places.

The application was able to handle more than 10000 request till date. At a overall the application is giving remarkable results.

They had a professional way of managing the project and they used tools like Clickup, Skype and Google Meet for tracking the project tasks as well as for internal and external meetings

SEQATO's team was very much flexible and adaptable during the whole development process. There were various discussions and it was easy to communicate with them on the requirements and the features. The team was also very much helpful in brainstorming ideas on making the product better.

The quality and speed of development were good. I think SEQATO can improve a bit in proactive communication. I have already informed this to the team and I am sure they have taken it in the right sense.
