The software contains every aspect of health management in OHC, such as employee data management, employees’ examination from pre-employment, periodic to retirement, OPD on daily basis. Compliance reports generation as per the medical examination.

At the initial stage, the business development manager was our main point of contact who was constantly in touch with us on call and on online meetings. After that, as per our requirements, one developer lead got involved. Then after an analysis of our requirements, 2 members from the support and testing team got involved.

The Sapphire team worked very efficiently at every stage from understanding the requirements to delivering the same, Overall it went very smoothly.

After delivering this software to our company, I could definitely see the progress in the company such as doctors could manage OPDs, periodic/pre-employment examinations very easily. Keeping track of our employees' health became very easy for us.

The best part was every medical paperwork had become digitalized. Software free of bugs makes it very comfortable and easy to work with.
