Using the existing process followed, they developed an understanding of how the platform should work.From there, we started to develop a project plan. We provided the descriptions and had call with them regularly to discuss what we needed. we continued working with them to improve the platform and add functionality. We needed a really good development partner that could understand our process and could deliver quality work quickly. I did some research online and found there website. When we proposed a problem Sapphire understood everything better than the other companies we considered and asked the right questions.

Some of the major benefits of the software are Reduced workload of the staff, Fee structurization, Discount management, Data backup and synchronization. The authentication and authorization features make the access of data open for valid users only. I know we’ve got a nice-size team, with a main project manager on our account. From there, work gets delegated out, and it flexes up and down depending on our monthly needs. We interact with them on a weekly basis.

The team included a project manager being our point of contact who used to delegate the tasks to the concerned developers and got the tasks discussed done accordingly. Currently we are taking service support from them on a monthly basis from their technical support team.

It has been a successful project—on time and on budget. I believe the number of support requests that have been generated has been very low from thrice to once a month. On all fronts, it was money well spent.

Everything was pretty spot on. There are many situations where something might go wrong, sometimes disrupting issues, where the Sapphire team is able to quickly jump in, identify, and fix issues.

It’s their ability to troubleshoot. Whatever we encounter, they can handle it. There’s never been an issue where they weren’t able to solve the problem, or at least do their best to enable solving the issue.

We started with basically nothing and by the end of the project now we have a full fledged software. Each step of the way we were able to provide feedback and make changes, and they were really responsive so we could stay on schedule and on budget.

The accountability being reduced, school does not need more resources for the administrative activities. Data managed in software is accurate, secured for long run.Uploading New data in the software and updating the data is done very easily. Management can check the data anytime anywhere of all the employees leading to a more effective management.
