I can see that the HR department has become much more efficient as a result of this project, and the OHC department, which used to maintain data on paper, has begun to manage data more efficiently as well. Overall, this project benefited us and made us become more digital, efficient, and audit-ready.

As I told above, we followed the proper SDLC method to develop the software. Our IT team worked with Sapphire team throughout the development. Each time we held meeting online for requirement gathering and changes. After development there was one physical visit from Sapphire as well. One Technical Support engineer visited our firm for training purposes.

I personally consider the Sapphire team to be a highly enthusiastic group that is always willing to help us and generate additional reports or project flows within a reasonable time-frame. Both the Support and Development teams are quite efficient.
