This project contains more than everything which our firm needs, it contains all types of compliance forms (ISO, State regulatory body), Daily OPDs management, Periodic or pre-employment health examination, HR data management. As we have seen there is everything which is related to health management. Stock management, safety management, appointment booking for OPDs, and examination are all included in this project.

As far as I recall, At first, manager from the Business Department was present, followed by one business analyst. Developers and Support/Testing engineers were present at every sessions after gathering requirements.

I can see that the HR department has become much more efficient as a result of this project, and the OHC department, which used to maintain data on paper, has begun to manage data more efficiently as well. Overall, this project benefited us and made us become more digital, efficient, and audit-ready.

As I told above, we followed the proper SDLC method to develop the software. Our IT team worked with Sapphire team throughout the development. Each time we held meeting online for requirement gathering and changes. After development there was one physical visit from Sapphire as well. One Technical Support engineer visited our firm for training purposes.

I personally consider the Sapphire team to be a highly enthusiastic group that is always willing to help us and generate additional reports or project flows within a reasonable time-frame. Both the Support and Development teams are quite efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Any software may always be improved, but the most important aspect is that the Sapphire constantly improving the software as and when needed.

The project is based on the health management of the company’s employees. We can also have all the reports which need for audit / compliance purposes. It contains first-aid inspection, ambulance inspection, Medical examination management, and a lot of many things. OPDs which we do on daily basis can be digitized. We went for the project step by step involving the business head from Sapphire.

There were 5 to 6 Engineers involved and among them, there was 1 marketing manager, 2 support and testing engineers, and 2 developers. All the engineers performed the assigned tasks accordingly.

The outcome of this project was, that everything became very easy to manage in the software such as doctors started managing the health data of employees very smoothly. HR department’s job became easy to manage the employee's personal data. Overall data management became very easy for us.

Our team also has an IT department that was constantly involved with the Sapphire technical team. Sapphire support team was involved with our doctors for the workflow in the company. Whenever our staff needed any support, it was provided by the sapphire team. Sapphire team was always there to assist our staff on the issues/requirements faced by them, and they made sure to resolve them quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive about Sapphire was they were very energetic and knowledgeable. They took any requirement as a new thing to learn and perfectly developed it on a given timeline. Their software support is available all the time, even on week offs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are constantly providing fresh upgrades in the software, we are satisfied for the time being. Based on the new compliances, the team should release new upgrades of the software.

The Sapphire team is putting all of this together in phases.

We tried many different ways to shorten things manually, but none of them worked, so now, if you look at our environment, you'll notice that we're assisting parents in getting a discount on campus, particularly for online payments. We have saved a significant amount of time as a result of the project. It has reduced our workflow from 20 to roughly five phases, considerably speeding up our operations. The best result from this project was that our company got a good Support team who is always available if any minimum bugs are found and resolves it quickly. Sapphire team keeps our data privacy and security in priority. Managing the medical data, viewing the reports of medical health check-up became very convenient for us.

Large amount of data can be managed in a single click. Now are very glad that we are able to use this software which has helped us in many ways.

We use to be in contact with the Marketing manager, and technical support team as well. Whatever flow we required for our company, they analyzed it and developed accordingly. The best thing about them is that they are always willing to take on a new requirement no matter how hard it is, and then develop it with the decided timeline.All the team members are efficient enough to understand and develop any major requirements.
