Our company used to handle everything by manual paperwork for OHC and Medical examinations. So our team wanted to have everything digitalized. The project is based on the health management of the company’s employees. We can also have all the reports which need for audit / compliance purposes. It contains first-aid inspection, ambulance inspection, Medical examination management, and a lot of many things. OPDs which we do on daily basis can be digitized. We went for the project step by step involving the business head from Sapphire.

There were 5 to 6 Engineers involved and among them, there was 1 marketing manager, 2 support and testing engineers, and 2 developers. All the engineers performed the assigned tasks accordingly.

The outcome of this project was, that everything became very easy to manage in the software such as doctors started managing the health data of employees very smoothly. HR department’s job became easy to manage the employee's personal data. Overall data management became very easy for us.

Our team also has an IT department that was constantly involved with the Sapphire technical team. Sapphire support team was involved with our doctors for the workflow in the company. Whenever our staff needed any support, it was provided by the sapphire team. Sapphire team was always there to assist our staff on the issues/requirements faced by them, and they made sure to resolve them quickly.

The most impressive about Sapphire was they were very energetic and knowledgeable. They took any requirement as a new thing to learn and perfectly developed it on a given timeline. Their software support is available all the time, even on week offs.

There are constantly providing fresh upgrades in the software, we are satisfied for the time being. Based on the new compliances, the team should release new upgrades of the software.

The Sapphire team is putting all of this together in phases.

We tried many different ways to shorten things manually, but none of them worked, so now, if you look at our environment, you'll notice that we're assisting parents in getting a discount on campus, particularly for online payments. We have saved a significant amount of time as a result of the project. It has reduced our workflow from 20 to roughly five phases, considerably speeding up our operations. The best result from this project was that our company got a good Support team who is always available if any minimum bugs are found and resolves it quickly. Sapphire team keeps our data privacy and security in priority. Managing the medical data, viewing the reports of medical health check-up became very convenient for us.

Large amount of data can be managed in a single click. Now are very glad that we are able to use this software which has helped us in many ways.
