It's an ongoing project, and the metrics for this campaign have been very promising and above average thus far. We've received a database of over 3000 leads from targeted industries and have extensive feedback on which strategies work best.

As a result of the outreach, the SalesAR's team has provided us with 50 prospective leads with whom we are currently in contact. We're excited to collaborate further.

The system that we've created with the Account Manager has been working well for us. We have weekly meetings with the team to go over results and discuss what can be improved and adapted to score even more appointments. Vlad and Roman's fast reply rate and willingness to be in contact helped to cement our decision.

They helped to procure a database of 1,500+ unique contacts and completed a 5 step email campaign and 3 step LinkedIn campaign that fruited 46 warm leads with whom we may be able to win future projects. A cold phone calling campaign was also explored but later terminated due to feedback from the leads. I would like to underline and appreciate the team's quick response rate to this feedback as it helped to mitigate any potential damage to our company's image.

Vlad was our initial contact to help create the skeleton of the project. Roman helped to step in once we confirmed that we would like to proceed further and helped to detail and outline the project. Julia helped to be our main contact who would be handling the actual day-to-day tasks and outreach to potential leads. Roman and I would have weekly meetings to review the KPIs of our particular project and address any changes in strategy that may be needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I absolutely loved working with Roman, Julia, and Vlad. Their responsiveness and diligence in executing the campaign made the process very painless for our company as well as myself (who was the main handler of the project).

It was not a complete success as the conversion rate from lead to project was 0%, but this is quite the norm for our unique industry. However, the fact that we had over a 3% response rate with potential continued conversation leads me to believe that a bud has been planted.

The workflow was quite efficient with no unnecessary back and forth. Working with them did not lead to excessive extra work on my end.
