After the initial meeting they provided Inception Report. Then two (2) sample designs of the e-learning platform with user interface (landing) page was created. They developed a draft e-learning platform in English and Bengali for pilot testing. After the pilot testing following it’s feedback the final version of online and offline version of the e-learning platform was developed. They configured the server and hosted the online version and delivered the offline version in pendrives as required by our office. They provided all source codes and technical documentations, user guide, one pager, etc.

I don't remember clearly but as far as I remember approximately 20 staffs were engaged for this project in different situation - starting from CEO, Project manager, developers, QA, UI Designer, etc.
