By building a platform capable of handling orders efficiently and integrating it seamlessly with our logistics operations, they empowered us to deliver on our key promise of speed and reliability.

With lockdowns in place and traditional retail options unavailable, our ability to launch on time directly impacted our ability to generate revenue and serve our customers.

We opened pizzeria in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown but after consultation with the agency, we decided to start with social media marketing anyway. It gave us results very fast and it seemed that their marketing knowledge combined with a great product (our pizza) resulted in our Pizzeria becoming famous very fast. They engaged our guests to become our ambassadors and user-generated content helped us spread the word very fast. We also learned that reviews are very important for such a business so we followed the strategy from the beginning and managed to collect almost 4000 reviews with a very good 4,8 grade. Our social media community is constantly growing as well.

Social media strategy and social media content lead to constant growth in the number of social media followers, engagement, reach, and most importantly - reviews.

We needed strategy very fast and they delivered it even before the agreed timing. Social media content is always prepared in advance month to month so there's never a problem with delivery on time. The results are much better than expected since the beginning of the cooperation.

Great strategy which helped us to achieve great results with not so big investment. However, we understand that our great pizza helped a lot.

Additionally, SEO optimization has been implemented. Finally, a Google Ads account was opened, within which campaigns were conducted to increase the number of inquiries and achieve a better positioning compared to strong competition. 

The result of all these efforts is a significant increase in the number of inquiries through the website, to the extent that we no longer need a person to handle bookings for us.
