We opened pizzeria in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown but after consultation with the agency, we decided to start with social media marketing anyway. It gave us results very fast and it seemed that their marketing knowledge combined with a great product (our pizza) resulted in our Pizzeria becoming famous very fast. They engaged our guests to become our ambassadors and user-generated content helped us spread the word very fast. We also learned that reviews are very important for such a business so we followed the strategy from the beginning and managed to collect almost 4000 reviews with a very good 4,8 grade. Our social media community is constantly growing as well.

Social media strategy and social media content lead to constant growth in the number of social media followers, engagement, reach, and most importantly - reviews.

We needed strategy very fast and they delivered it even before the agreed timing. Social media content is always prepared in advance month to month so there's never a problem with delivery on time. The results are much better than expected since the beginning of the cooperation.

They handled all redirects from the old website to the new webshop to ensure no loss of organic traffic and SEO value. Beyond the initial implementation, Risely Digital provides continuous reporting, analysis, and consulting support. They proactively introduce improvements, ensure that all new developments in analytics and tracking are implemented on time, and help us continuously optimize performance based on data insights. They also set up comprehensive Looker Studio reports to allow full visibility into performance and business metrics. When Google Analytics 4 was introduced, they implemented GA4 and later upgraded the setup with server-side tracking to ensure the highest possible data accuracy. After the launch of our loyalty app, Risely Digital also implemented advanced tracking within the app and fully connected it with all advertising platforms, enabling consistent measurement across web, app, and paid media.

The result of all these efforts is a significant increase in the number of inquiries through the website, to the extent that we no longer need a person to handle bookings for us.
