I hired Redlab to build a custom website that would have the capability to have HIPPA-secure asynchronous healthcare visits for a telemedicine company getzeuss.com. Build a subscription billing system without using stripe. Users have to be able to manage their membership and account.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I developed many web and mobile app projects so I interviewed many developers. I deleted them based on their knowledge and also some good references.

We started by designing the flow and creating wireframes. We picked solutions and plug-ins we wanted to use. They helped me find reasonable solutions for this very custom project, as no platform supports asynchronous telemedicine with e-commerce, so it had to be custom build.

I worked with a lead developer and few designers from their team.

The site is working great and driving sales, and revenue.

We use loom for communication a lot since there is a time difference. They always very clear about the time lines and pricing.

There can be a language barrier, so it could take a little longer to explain an issue. However, if that happened, we scheduled a zoom call, and we’re able to solve it.
